Have not had Five Guys in at least 6 years when I lived in SC. Never ate at this location and will not again. I decided to treat myself to what I used to think was a great burger, and it was mediocre at best. The service inattentive, I counted 6 staff not including the manager and at noon I was the only customer. I watched as they chatted and chatted not loud or boisterous just not focused on service. I did not understand why at lunchtime there was only one customer seated and I waiting patiently now I know whyPrices have increased tremendously, the burger was much smaller than I remember and served to me luke warm almost cold. Why because they did not start cooking the fries until my burger was ready and open faced on the table exposed getting cold The fries were not as good as I remember. The one thing I will say I always thought it was a nice gesture to have roasted peanuts while you wait.
Then your management emails me as if they cared with no response. Why are you again wasting my time! ...

Yes, it’s a good cheeseburger but to pay up to $25 for a cheeseburger, fries and a coke is over the top. I have no issues paying top $$$ for good food however, at the end of the day, it’s a cheeseburger and fries. Burger Meat!!! Nonetheless, the burgers are tasty, sloppy and can come with as many options as you like. Frankly, where the potatoes come from is not a deal breaker although it’s a nice piece of information if you like that sort of things. Peanuts, well, it’s different! For the price, perhaps they should consider a variety of nuts cashews, pistachios, walnuts, almonds,...
Read moreAs far as the restaurant, food & employees; Five Star ALL THE WAY. You corkscrew ask for a better tasting burger, fries or shake. I like how the always list the exact city the potatoes are from that they're using to mage fries that day. My only 2 small issues is that the price is a little high. I don't mind paying extra for quality food, but still just a tad high. And the other thing may just be personal, but I love the Cajun Fries. But there's too much seasoning on them for me. And I understand that not everyone is gonna feel the same so that's why I always ask for light seasoning, but the 2 times I've been to the new store, they still put way too much on there. I'm not sure if it's just a communication error btw the cashier and fry maker. But besides that, this is one of the BEST PLACES for a Burger, ...
