We usually eat here at least twice a month if not more! Sometimes the service sucks but their isn’t a lot to choose from in the area that is satisfying and cheap to everyone! We placed an order to be delivered, when I received my order it was hot and smelled deliscious. As I started to begin to prepare meals for my children, I opened the fried rice and a large roach with an egg sack was on the top of the rice glaring at me. When I called furious about the situation the owner argued with me. Then exclaimed she just had a baby and that her employees where letting things fall apart! She did refund my money and insisted on bringing out (Fresh Food)! Which I told her was a waste of time because no way would we ever eat from wok n roll ever again. I also sujested she get the exterminator at her restaurant. I have many friends and families that I know in the area. I felt it was my responsabilty to make sure that everyone is aware. Even as an employee I have no idea how you couldn’t see that large roach with an egg sack in the rice. I gave this four stars so people would read and make there...
Read morePlaced an order tonight for items we've previously ordered, seem to order the same because I know it's good. NOT THIS TIME! Nothing was the same . . . Paid $34 for a meal that could not be eaten, the General Tso's Chicken was so hard I couldn't put my fork in it to cut. When we got the order home it was missing Almond cookies, called and got a curt remark they were out and she gave extra fortune cookies . . . it was ONE. I paid for both fortune & almond cookies. Guess they don't give fortune cookies in orders anymore. Quality of the food has greatly deteriorated. Wonton egg drop soup, Fried dumplings, Vegetable Lo Mein & General Tso's chicken and the best part was the wrapped fortune cookies. Honestly, the fortune cookies were the best part of the order. Didn't bother calling back to get a curt answer and no resolve. Just won't be a customer of Wok...
Read moreI'll start off by telling you, I was born and raised in the New York area. The quality and freshness, is second to none. I am impressed how how close it is to New York quality if not better. My problem lies with the fried rice, this is absolutely the worst roast pork fried rice I've ever encountered. Very disappointing you can count the pieces of roast pork in the dish with virtually no vegetables at all. if they can correct this I believe they would be the best Chinese restaurant in North Carolina and many other places. I literally throw the rice away and go to Harris teeter next door and buy it from them. The only reason I rated the food of three is because of the fried rice everything else I've tried here is made of the highest quality and fresh. Please please please please please correct...
