Have ordered pizza two separate occasions recently. The pizza always seems fresh, and our guests enjoy it. There are serious issues with the website changing delivery addresses after you place the order. The first time, it mysteriously changed the delivery address to the restaurant itself. The second time, I screenshotted the delivery address at ordering, and it was correct. I had been tracking the order successfully, and then suddenly, it was cancelled. (As the others on here, I received no text or phone call that my order was cancelled. I discovered this using the Order Track feature, which only comes available minutes before your pizza is due.) Called the restaurant. The manager was helpful (as before). The order had been cancelled because the system reflected an address two hours away. He advised to place the order again and choose "cash" as my payment. As soon as I placed the order, it pivoted to an old address again. It does not matter what you enter for your delivery address, it will not show up on the restaurant's end. This has created significant logjams and chaos for the events these pizzas were for and unfortunately, we will not be able to use Papa John's going forward. Of course you pay more per topping so it's kind of aggravating when half of your toppings are missing. The 1st time this happened I called the store & they immediately made & delivered the correct pizza. However, this 2nd time (which was 3 days ago) I called the store over & over again to try to get my order corrected but couldn't get ANYONE to pick up the phone. Each time I called I was put on hold. I waited for over 35 minutes on one call & the other calls I waited 5-10 minutes. I could not get a real person on the line. It was a recording that kept repeating "sorry you're on hold, we'll be w/ you shortly". After an hour of trying i finally gave up & filled out the survey. I was supposed to be contacted within 48 hrs but I have yet to hear from anyone. I liked it better when I'd get a busy signal & could just keep calling back until it rang thru. Read moreTerrible service. About 20 people working and none with any interest in customer service. Talked to no less than five people about my order and it was still wrong. No name tags on anyone. A guy in blue jeans handed me my carry out and asked if it was mine, repeating the toppings. He mentioned onions and I told him there should be no onions. He asked about onions again and I again said no onions. He threw my two pizzas back on the rack and went to do something else, never asking what I was supposed to have. A few minutes later another man tried handing me the same pizzas. I said, "the other guy said there was onions on this." He assured me "no there are no onions." I took the pizzas and drove 20 minutes home and found not only onions but double onions! While I was there I watched a cook sneeze and not wash her hands.
