Cibare Italian Kitchen — Restaurant in Lemay

This was one of the worst Italian places I've ever been! Food was substandard and so was our waitress! To start, the pasta is pricey since it comes with nothing, no bread, no salad, all an extra charge! I had the seafood dish in a red sauce. It was bland, the clams and mussels were so small there were hardly anything in them. The shrimp was an OK size but they don't take the tail off. The pasta was like sticky over cooked spaghetti! Terrible!! This is 28 dollars! My wife had the Chicken Alfredo which wasn't too bad, but still not that good! At 18 dollars! Our waitress took our order, had someone from the kitchen bring it out and never refilled my tea or even asked if we liked the meal! I left a 8% tip instead of the 15 or 20% which is what I normally tip with good service because she virtually did nothing! We have gone to this establishment a handful of times and always enjoyed our meal. However, our meal last night ruined my entire out look. Not only did the waiter ignore our table, as in took 15 minutes to acknowledge us while he chatted with all the other tables, gave us glasses of water, didn't offer any other drinks nor fill up our water, but was rude. The steak that was ordered was very rare when ordered medium. While I ran off to vomit in the restroom, the waiter and manager was rude to my husband. When I came back I felt like the waiter was scolding me for not telling him ealier that my steak was raw. If he would of checked on us regularly, he would of been informed sooner. What I ordered was pretty tasty and I was pleased to see they had gluten-free options. My bf really enjoyed the garlic bread. Most of our party found the food satisfactory. The service, however, was very sllooww. We were there for someone's bday and had a rather large table. Normally, servers are right on top of a large table...not ours. I think a half hour went by before they came over to take our orders. I looked around to see if they were short staffed or really busy, but that didn't appear to be the case.
