My sister in law made a reservation for our family and when she got there she said she felt very uncomfortable by the vibes from the guy who was seating us and from the manager talking to him when we was already seated. The food was great, our server Danielle with the red hair was so very helpful. We had to wait for the rest of our family members to arrive and and it felt so weird that the manager and other dude was looking at us and talking about us. That's rude if you ask me and unprofessional to do it in front of us making us feel like we wasn't wanted but was already there. That's the vibe our whole family felt. So we know we wasn't tripping because I felt it myself as well. I understand that you have a new rule to seat everyone together at once, but sometimes it doesn't work like that and some of them live in different areas and it takes longer to get there. All I have to say is, if your going to talk about the customers do it where your not staring at us making us feel like we shouldn't of been there to get served because the party was to big for you and others weren't there on time. There were several groups behind us once again we had to wait for the host to notice people needing to be seated - after about 10 min. we were seated order was taken after about 40 min noticed the 3 groups seated after us were all getting served their meals when we finally got our waitresses attention her excuse was that another waitress had taken our order for her table ( really lame) also noticed while waiting 4 other groups were standing - waiting to be seated and eventually left since no one was there to seat them even though there were plenty of tables also that the manager was too busy talking to someone at the bar to even bother seating them seemed that she could care less about what is happening under her watch. Read moreGood food, but ABSOLUTELY the worst service I've ever had! We arrived about 6:05 for dinner before a 7:30 concert. Took about 10 minutes to take our drink orders. Fortunately we ordered our entrees at the same time, otherwise we'd probably still be waiting on our food. After spilling a tray of drinks on our dining companion, our waitress disappeared for about a half hour. We ordered 5 minutes after the people next to us and they were 3/4 of the way finished when I tracked down our waitress to ask where our order was (she never once stopped by to check on us or tell us they were still working on our order). After checking with the kitchen, she told us it would be another 7-10 minutes, at which point I asked to speak to the manager (we'd been there over an hour by this point). Interestingly, after speaking with the manager, our meals came out immediately after. But then we realized they forgot the chips on my husband's fish and chips (we didn't even bother saying anything).
