The food was just not good, it was just deep fried with lots of batter. I ordered shrimp, Buffalo wings and potato skins. The potato skins were cold, the wings were huge but seemed old and like they had just been sitting in this bright orange sauce.. the flavor didn't taste like "Buffalo" wing and would burn your tongue off. Me and my husband tried 1 wing and didn't touch another one, my throat was burning..also ordered these shrimp appetizers, they were like the "crispy chips" in a fish 'n chips dish. Just Crunchy deep fried batter, I picked it apart and you could barely see any shrimp meat inside. From the description on the menu, I thought I would be getting some type of grilled shrimp.. boy was I disappointed, I still gave a $10 tip because our waitress was so nice. She noticed we weren't eating and came over to inquire. I felt bad telling her we didn't enjoy the food, I know a cook/chef doesn't want you hear that kind of feedback but it's truth, no ill-intent. We paid our bill and went back upstairs to our hotel room and just called it a night.

It is horrible service from the serve name TOMIKA. As soon as we sit on the chair I can tell she has some attitude with us. She was super rude to my family. After finishing the food, we did ask for some Togo boxes. She knew I did order some veggies dishes, it means I don’t eat meat. But some how she gave me 2 boxes for 3 dishes still left over ( are you kidding me? - do you guys run out of the Togo box?) and I would love to mention about the ID when I showed my card to pay for the food. Since she asked for my ID, I had been watching me,and she not even ask someone else except me. Is that because we are Asian, and she think I stole someone card to pay for the service. I always leave 20% over the service but this time I didn’t. I feel so horrible about it. I feel like I didn’t get treat well while I am spending the money for the food and service as well. You guys just lost a whole family always come in in the weekend.

Im not sure how this place has 3.3 stars I think the food is good. Not the best I. The world but if compared to like a chili’s Applebee’s type of menu it’s better than that. Every server o have gotten was great never had an issue food cooked to order and hot every time. Kalyn if that’s how you spell it has been my server for two maybe three times and just a delight each time. Try it out. I did sit at bar each time so not sure of the table service.

Im not sure how this place has 3.3 stars I think the food is good. Not the best I. The world but if compared to like a chili’s Applebee’s type of menu it’s better than that. Every server o have gotten was great never had an issue food cooked to order and hot every time. Kalyn if that’s how you spell it has been my server for two maybe three times and just a delight each time. Try it out. I did sit at bar each time so not sure of the table service.

My sister in law made a reservation for our family and when she got there she said she felt very uncomfortable by the vibes from the guy who was seating us and from the manager talking to him when we was already seated. The food was great, our server Danielle with the red hair was so very helpful. We had to wait for the rest of our family members to arrive and and it felt so weird that the manager and other dude was looking at us and talking about us. That's rude if you ask me and unprofessional to do it in front of us making us feel like we wasn't wanted but was already there. That's the vibe our whole family felt. So we know we wasn't tripping because I felt it myself as well. I understand that you have a new rule to seat everyone together at once, but sometimes it doesn't work like that and some of them live in different areas and it takes longer to get there. All I have to say is, if your going to talk about the customers do it where your not staring at us making us feel like we shouldn't of been there to get served because the party was to big for you and others weren't there on time. When i arrived i was told the table reserved for us was not our table but it was. We didn't rush or complain at all. The vibe was off and everyone agreed. Please give Danielle a raise because without her we all probably would of left and our New Year wouldn't of...

8/29/23 arrived before 6pm. There were several groups behind us once again we had to wait for the host to notice people needing to be seated - after about 10 min. we were seated order was taken after about 40 min noticed the 3 groups seated after us were all getting served their meals when we finally got our waitresses attention her excuse was that another waitress had taken our order for her table ( really lame) also noticed while waiting 4 other groups were standing - waiting to be seated and eventually left since no one was there to seat them even though there were plenty of tables also that the manager was too busy talking to someone at the bar to even bother seating them seemed that she could care less about what is happening under her watch. Food is never seasoned the same- no consistency to the meal) this is not the first time we have witnessed this . if for the fact that the VIP upstairs is not open on mondays and tuesdays (which is also a slap in the face to those who it should be open for) would not even bother to eat there - HONESTLY ALL THEIR RESTERAUNTS AND VIP LOUNGE COULD TAKE A LESSON FROM...

Good food, but ABSOLUTELY the worst service I've ever had! We arrived about 6:05 for dinner before a 7:30 concert. Took about 10 minutes to take our drink orders. Fortunately we ordered our entrees at the same time, otherwise we'd probably still be waiting on our food. After spilling a tray of drinks on our dining companion, our waitress disappeared for about a half hour. We ordered 5 minutes after the people next to us and they were 3/4 of the way finished when I tracked down our waitress to ask where our order was (she never once stopped by to check on us or tell us they were still working on our order). After checking with the kitchen, she told us it would be another 7-10 minutes, at which point I asked to speak to the manager (we'd been there over an hour by this point). Interestingly, after speaking with the manager, our meals came out immediately after. But then we realized they forgot the chips on my husband's fish and chips (we didn't even bother saying anything). The managers hid out in the kitchen, only to be seen when cleaning up the spilled drinks or when I complained about our wait. We will...
