Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Lemon Township

Let me start off by saying, not the worse experience just felt it should be heard. Ordered online and patient at the pickup window. I genuinely understand the lack of and loss of employees in some places. I waited just a couple minutes at the window. Once someone came to the window, he was in a rush to get me my food ,sounds like he was maybe working alone or low staff... Handed it to me, I thanked him.. pulled off... I got close to turning onto the main road when I decided to check my food. The sandwich didn't appear to have any condiments but I asked for Mushroom sauce.. since it was cut into half, I looked at the other side also, and I did see a little on side 2. Would've been too dry to eat so I pulled back around. Young man came, I politely said, may I have a small cup of mushroom sauce? He said its not something he can give me, it's cooked in it.. although I was confused, I said so can you take the sandwich and put it on there, he said yes. And it appeared he did. As this was happening, I checked my second box which was a order of hot wings. They looked very light in color and no sauce.. was odd though because the parchment paper had a little sauce on it. I briefly thought maybe the Wings taste hot versus being saucy. I didn't bother saying anything with the current situation and the lack of customer service, not to mention his facial expressions.. again, this is probably because he was rushing. I left... got home and decided after biting into one wing that I would put them back in the oven, my oven. They weren't spicy at all. The pic added is after heating on foil in the oven. I dipped them in my ranch, and went about my evening. They were plain. Almost appeared that my box was previously used by some wings that did have sauce... idk... idk if there's a condiment/sauce crisis but that's what...

Where is the customer service anymore? I normally do not go out of my way to post negative feedback but I think this warrants it. I ordered pizza tonight from this location, and three things were forgotten from my order , 2liter soda, marinara sauce, and the cinnamon twist icing. The staff was super friendly, but the only fix that was offered was "I'm sorry for the mistakes, you can come back and get your items but no refund will be offered, just credit for your 2 liters soda that can be applied on your next order".....tonight's order was actually my attempt in giving Domino's another try, they failed. :( On 10-31-2022, I had ordered pizza for the kids and my online order said it was ready for pick up, but when I got there it wasn't and I waited an additional one hour while other customer orders that were ordered after mine were leaving (we could tell my our online order numbers/time ordered). My order had gotten lost in the chaos and they were just piecing orders together with whatever pizza was made and boxed (not kidding!). I wasn't the only customer that night that had their order messed up.....nothing was offered then either. This location has lost its customer...

We ordered over the phone and the gentleman on the phone said the wait for delivery would be 1 1/2 to a 2 hr wait, no problem we picked it up. Once I got back home our to check our food, hoagie was supposed to be light bake on the bun and it had to be broken off into pieces to be eaten! We ordered a make your own bread bowl with chicken, jalapeños and pineapple and it was not in there, just the Alfredo sauce and noodles! Only got 1 marinara sauce for our our cheesy bread when requested 2 for the family to eat. Though it is not a huge deal not getting the extra sauce, however, when we order our food a certain way we obviously expect it to be done correctly. Especially when we pay for it a certain way! Not sure we will order from this location in...
