Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Lemon Township

Waited in line a few years ago.. 2 peeps ahead of me, ordered a Ham & Swiss Sub, w/mayo, lettuce & tomatoes ..pretty basic + a soda & chips..

Paid $11 or $12 dollars for it, hopped onto I-75 heading home, after a weekend w/ my kids.

Opened the "SUB" on the HWY and ALL IT HAD WAS A SMATHERING OF MAYO + SHREDDED LETTUCE + TOMATOS ... BUT NO HAM OR SWISS CHEESE!!

LITERALLY A "NOTHING BURGER!!"

So I did a U-turn on the Hwy., "Dashed" back into the lobby, JUMPED the line & almost THREW the SUB at the Dip-Shat who MADE the Sub.

Got a FULL REFUND & NEVER to return.

ESPECIALLY so CLOSE to the HWY., what TRUCKER will Turn around??

I stopped into this store on a Wednesday morning, 15 minutes before they opened, to order 10 box lunches. The shift leader greeted me and immediately started taking my order. Another worker, looking over his shoulder, started prepping sandwiches as he was entering my order. Meanwhile the young workers were arriving; all with a positive vibe about them. One by one, they grabbed their aprons, put on gloves and pitched in filling my order. My order was perfectly completed, boxed up and I was on my way within 15 minutes. I have been ordering from Jimmy John's since they opened in Monroe. Several box meals for team sports, birthday parties, etc. Today I ordered a #5 online which is the Italian. I picked up the sandwich on my way back to work and opened up a sandwich with one slice of turkey on it. I wouldn't have even complained if it was at least a sandwich. Not being able to leave work I called to see if it could be delivered (still located in Monroe) Since it was already a pickup they would charge a delivery fee.
