Subway — Restaurant in Lemon Township

I couldn't beleive how terrible customer service was today , I have always had terrible experiences at this location but Today was EXCEPTIONAL .

I walk in around 1 o'clock NO ONE is at the restaurant and today is extremely rainy it's pouring outside so the first thing I do is walk in from the door looking for a Matt to wipe my shoes dry and there was none ! That is a hazard because my shoes were so wet from outside the restaurant and the wet tile inside the place didn't help either I got lucky and walked slowly buy someone else will diffently get hurt .

So from the doors standing there for couple of seconds then walking to the order counter is a decent walk and distance but still I wasn't acknowledged or greeted or said anything to I continued and I walked and I stood there in front of the counter there was two girls or younger girl older lady darker hair with eye glasses on they have decided to continue their discussion about another female that is messing up her medications and it went on for a few minutes while I am standing there looking at both of them so when the older lady decided to finish the conversation she turned around and she looked at me she literally stared at me not saying anything, I couldn't even say anything I was in shock so I stayed quiet to give her a chance to fix it at least say something or greet me before I start ordering or ask me what I want So eventually after while the only thing she said is "what are you eating today!!!" I ordered what I wanted bread & meat & cheese & that i wanted my sub toasted she went back to her conversation ignoring everything I've said ignoring that I'm actually standing there , couple of of minutes later she asked again what do I want on my sub !! I said like i said before and i repeated everything she didn't apologize she went on about to her conversation and then she asked again about cheese and toasting which i already answered 3 times by then.

This is terrible and very disrespectful and would totally put a red flag out there I am personally never going back there I don't care if they have the best food in town it's all about customer service and it's all about respecting your customers.

Awful awful place and staff ... Be prepared to either slip and fall or be disrespected...

The lady who waited on us was for lack of a better word rude. Every time I ask for something she had to Huff about it. I like my meat on my sandwich to be hot so I asked her to please heat my meat first. She huffed because she had to put it on paper put it in the oven by itself. Then I asked her to eat it after she put it on the sandwich she again huh. After she made my sandwich I decided I wanted bacon on it so she huffed again because she had to heat the bacon. My son would have shredded cheese on his sandwich Shane literally put a pinch of shredded cheese on his steak sandwich you can literally count the slices of shredded cheese. As we sat down to eat our sandwiches which for quite good once we got past her attitude. Also having issues with her tone. As you walked past us he Mumble she is rude we say yes we had the same problem with her he just shook his head and says first time in last time in. two young girls came in from the high school as we eating our dinner they also said she was rude two of them that she was making their sandwiches walks by and one young lady says she's a real B to the other young lady. my wife use the comment portion of the receipt to make a comment will return to Middletown and not return to the Monroe store. After writing this review I went to read some more of the reviews to see if it was just a one-time situation apparently not apparently this young lady is rude to a lot of the customers if you continue being rude to your customers eventually you'll have no customer to be rude to I know this as a 35 year...

I got what I always get when I'm at Subway. A Spicy Italian add Marinara Sauce(free) and 1 scoop of Steak($1.50). And when It came to checkout time, My total was $13+. I asked why and I was charged $4.00 for 1 scoop of Steak which is only $1.50. this guy was obviously ripping people off. He told Me every Subway has different prices. And I know that's not true. And this was the Owner/Manager. It was horrible. I was so mad I didn't even eat inside. He was rude and I want someone in charge to message Me so I can put a compliment on Him. He was very very rude.
