LaRosa's Pizza - Monroe — Restaurant in Lemon Township

Ordered from here numerous times and never had a problem big enough to call about, but this time was different.

First our food was delivered to the neighbors house across the street to the left (not even close), then we saw that we were missing an item. They then delivered the missing item to the same INCORRECT address after we called and told them the first time it happened.

We opened the food and the wings were completely wrong so we called again and told them to refund it, because at this point we didn't want our neighbor to get even more upset since she walked our food over to us in freezing cold weather in her PJs bc they woke her up TWICE by ringing her doorbell even though we marked “No notification necessary” when we ordered.

Our address was correct on the account so I really don’t understand what was going on. Not one supervisor apologized or anything, so thats cool....

Honestly I’m really disappointed. We ordered Friday night. Delivery was late- I expect that on a weekend. The food was cold- not hot, not warm- cold. It gets better though. The pizza wasn’t cut. That’s right- it wasn’t cut. Interesting. Oh and the sauces we ordered- we didn’t get any. The breadsticks were inedible without sauce because they were undercooked and cold/flavorless. The pizza tasted horrible once I cut it. We called about the sauce and were told they’d run it back out- they didn’t. But we got a credit. That’s irrelevant. The food was horrible so it didn’t get eaten. The credit won’t be used. A refund would be nice. Super...

Pretty lack luster pizza! I ordered a med pepperoni and a small specialty pizza. Both pizzas had little taste , lack on ingredients, three pieces didn't have any pepperoni on it! My pepperoni pizza was dry on sauce. This is not what I used to eat at La Rosa's in Cincinnati. Frozen pizza would have been a better option tonight. I threw half of order in the trash !
