McDonald's — Restaurant in Lemon Township

I'm really going to stop getting my food from this particular McDonald's on Main every time I get my food its ( I was going to say either) but that's given them too much wiggle room it's always cold and not fresh. This past time I went to McDonald's in the Drive-Thru I ask them to cook my food fresh they reply okay so I'm expecting to wait for my food no problem I get up there I pay for my food, my order was 2 flavor fish with the order of medium fry with the drink I also ordered Double Quarter Pounder with cheese order medium fry and a drink two apple pies, they asked me what's the screen correct I say yes I also said will my food be fresh they say yes so I pulled around pay for my food I'm expecting to wait at least 5 maybe 10 minutes for my food but when I get up to the window to hand the food out I get 2 fillet a fish two orders of fries two apple pies what was fresh in my bag, you got it nothing Fry's was ice cold the filet of fish was cold you know how when you ask for cheese on your filet of fish and it melts the filet of fish was so cold that the cheese reverted back to its normal stage crazy. LOL so they tell me it's going to be 5 minutes for my Quarter Pounder I replied so you this food that I have here is that fresh the only thing that I'm getting fresh is the quarter pounder young lady reply mail me food is fresh I looked at her she looked at me I shook my head and said my fries are cold filet of fish is are cold but it's fresh so I pull up and wait for my quarter pounder with cheese Double Quarter Pounder with cheese and some more french fries, so I get that food reach my hand in the bag the new order french fries ARE the same temperature as the ones that they gave me so they could not have been fresh they couldn't have just got out of the Grease okay so when I get home, which is Maybe 3 to 5 minutes away I spent more time in line waiting on my food then it takes for me to get there it's neither here nor there but when I get home my husband check the food one of the Patties on the quarter pounder and cheese was what!!!!! COLD I'm like what the heck can you say a McDonald's that don't care about their service McDonald's on Main don't care about their service at all ridiculous, so if you want quick fast nasty cold order not right sometimes on your Big Mac you may get a veggie sandwich because they forgot to put the meat on the Big Mac then I gladly tell you you found the right place enjoy LOL LOL😄😄😄😄. I got to laugh because if I don't it makes me mad to know that people don't care about good service anymore. By the way I called them the next day to speak with the manager in the morning because it was a manager at the window when I got my food they're good about either refunding your money or refunding your food meaning get you more food I don't want it because if you do it right the first time you wouldn't have to...

Came through the drive through this evening. Had a fairly decent sized order: 4 McDoubles, two four piece nuggets, quarter pounder no onion no pickles, and 6 small fries. Made it through the pay window, get to the second window to be told to pull into spot number 2. Waited 25 minutes for a gentleman to bring out “my order”. He proceeds to rummage through the bag rambling off items in the bag when we tell him it’s not our order. He then delivers the order to the customer next to me after he rummages through it with no gloves on. I finally decide to go inside to see what is going on with my order. I was met with nothing but rudeness about 10 minutes after I entered. They proceed to “get my order together” and hand me my food. I go through it and realize I’m missing two sandwiches. I call the lady back over to let her know and she was nothing short of rude. Proceeds to yell to the grill she needs these sandwiches off screen. Finally get the sandwich’s and head home. Get home to realize one burger had a bite taken out of it. The quarter pounder has extra onions on it. Fries cold as heck. My sons burger tasted like soap. I decide to pack up the order and head back to the store. Upon entering the store I was met with “what’s wrong with your order” in the crappiest tone. I asked to speak to a manager. She states “ do you just want a refund”. Thankfully I got a refund. I understand being busy and messing up sometimes but don’t treat the customer as if they did something wrong or atleast apologize for the inconvenience. Terrible food. Terrible service. This McDonald's has super bad customer service they didn't give me what i payed for and i went up there three times and kept asking for the three fries i was missing one lady was rude and she kept saying i put them in there they are there i kept saying no there not Im not trying argue just give me what i payed for she kept saying no we cant do that so i said can i at least get my money back if your not gonna give me my fries she says no so i go back and i go up and say you gave us 2 extra nuggets and no fries she snatches the nuggets and says ill take those and she kinda throws the bag on the counter and i look and theres only two so at this point im done im not ganna keep arguing with you so i tell me sister come on let go so thirty minutes later i pull up with my dad we got a large fry but it wasn't about the fry its about how you treat people and how you were rude to me calling me a liar we spoke to the manager but didn't get the rude girls name if anyone knows her name let me know.And the big dude who was in the back laughing with the rude girl i need his name to.DON’T COME TO THIS PLACE ITS HORRIBLE PEOPLE ARE RUDE AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
