Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Lemoore

I've eaten Popeyes alot.I like popeyes,However, this Popeyes has some issues they are failing to address. Estimated two out of three times I've been here they are out of at least two items for my meal, this time after they didn't have the spicy chicken sandwich( it was expected, I get it, high demand thing) they told me they have no spicy chicken cooked at all when I tried to order it. Only regular chicken cooked. OK, im alittle frustrated by this point, already the first two things I ordered they don't have ready or at all, so I stayed calm and substituted for the regular no big deal. Than the drink for the first combo, nothing, only lemonade, hi c, or water available... I just told them forget it at this point and drove off. I was only one combo into my three combo order and it was already more stuff ordered that I didn't want to eat than what I did want.I'll never go back to this place at this point, it's a consistent thing here and im over it, I would recommend driving a few miles down the road to the Hanford Wendy's, they have great customer service, I've never been told "we don't have that" it's quick and exactly what...

I'm giving this place a 3 star based on the service during my visit. The food is excellent but there were a number of issues. Note: We visited approximately 45 mins to an hour prior closing.

We went to the drive thru and was informed their Credit card machine is not working. They only accepted cash which we didn't have at the time.

Upon coming back with cash, we have someone that does not like mayo and we were informed they already pre-made the remaining batches of chicken sandwich for the night which meant all sandwiches have mayo already. We came to the store only to get the chicken sandwich but was force to get the other person something else.

We ordered the $10 tender box deal and made the grave mistake of not double checking if we got all the food inside the bag. Upon arriving at our home the $10 tender box was never given to us nor did they gave our receipt.

We called the store and told them we did not get all our food. They said we can drive back there and they'll had over the missing item. They did however added an extra chicken sandwich on the house as an apology but sadly...

I'm not going to lie upon arriving I honestly thought I was going to get the worst service ever for two reasons the drive-thru was full the parking lot was full when I went into the establishment was basically full not only that there was only two people working there throughout the whole time I was there one guy working a backline and one lady working the front line and drive through now let me tell you they were busy I'm talking about busy I can tell by simply just looking at them the way they were working extremely hard but above all when it came my time to order the lady was extremely kind and politeful not only that I absolutely got the best customer service the food delicious even though it was only one person working there the food was extremely delicious just perfect not only that not one thing in my order was missing which to me was surprising due to the fact that they were extremely busy I want to say I was 110% satisfied I definitely recommend this Popeyes truly will be going back better than any McDonald's Taco Bell or KFC specially way...
