I placed a carryout order of Fajitas ($18.25), double rice (no beans) and extra guacamole ($2.25). The order was ready on time. I walked in and there were three carryout orders on the counter including mine. Unfortunately, there was nobody at the counter and I waited nearly 5 minutes for an employee so I could pick up my order. Interestingly, two different servers briefly came up to the counter, but never addressed me and quickly went back to their duties. Upon arriving home, I was very disappointed to see the small portions. There was enough chicken to fill up only two of the three tortillas. The rest of the entree was onions and peppers. And, that was filling up the tortillas at a medium level. In order to have filled all three tortillas, I would have had very little chicken in each "fajita." There were plenty of chips in a sack. However, they only gave me one very small container of salsa that was only half-filled. As for the double order of rice, it was either mistakenly a single portion or they are very skimpy with the rice. There was also a very small dollop of pico, sour cream and plain guacamole. However, the extra side of guacamole was the strangest part of all. This container was even smaller than the salsa container. It was perhaps the smallest container manufactured. It costs $2.25 which is ridiculous for the mini size considering Wal-Mart sells an entire avocado for 70 cents and that's the retail price so the restaurant pays even less since they buy them wholesale. I'm all for a restaurant making a profit, but that small side of guacamole shouldn't have cost more than a dollar. It was tiny. The order was nearly $25.00. The food itself is fairly tasty and the restaurant is clean. I will give the review 2 stars overall because the food is actually very good, but they really need to either reduce the price for what you receive or increase the portions. The portion sizes were unacceptably small for the price. And, the service (at least on that day/time) was pretty much non-existent. The restaurant was not that busy and somebody should be working the counter.

Oh my word! We LOVED this place! Our pre-teen even loved it! They have multiple levels for different dining experiences, a karaoke stage as well as a lower level bar. As an added bonus, it certainly areas, you can write on ANYTHING! Our daughter loved that! The piece de resistance was the LIVE alligators!! They have babies up to about 3 years all separated by age group in huge water tanks and enclosures plus a large pond! This place is not just a restaurant, it's an EVENT!!

I'm done with this restaurant as the last two trips have resulted in the same food experience which isn't good. My prior time to last night was in June and my meal came out last in a small group and at least 5 minutes past everyone else at our table and it was cold. It then took another 3 to 5 minutes to flag down our server and another 3 to 5 minutes to get a refired meal. Last night was very much the same. My food came out lukewarm and wasn't the same way that I had ordered it. After a few minutes I was able to contact our overworked server who was apologetic and later returned with a very hot plate yet the entree was still not warm and barely warm beans as a side. Fool me twice - shame on you. I will not be going back. their back of the house needs to get another food manager and the restaurant itself needs to hire more servers. The ones that we see that are always there tell me it isn't a turnover issue of employees that most restaurants have issues with but a cost control issue on their part that is impacting patron's service. We were there early without a lot of people so it wasn't as if the kitchen was overworked to result in putting out cold food two times in...

I wanted to like it. I gave it 2 chances. This time 2 adults and 3 children dined in. We ordered 2 children's meals, The Texaco shrimp/chicken meal and the deluxe enchiladas (cheese, beef, chicken and bean). The enchiladas were so bland. It seems as though the restaurant was hoping the sauce would provide the flavor. The sauce was not appealing and even had a bitter aftertaste. I just don't like making a big deal at restaurants but when the server came to check on our meals I had already pushed my plate away and kind of made a face. We communicated to her I didn't like it. My companion is fluent in Spanish and asked about the sauce. The server left, returned and explained about the sauce being for enchiladas. There was no offer to remove the charge from my bill or to provide something instead. This is a customer service driven industry and there should have been an attempt to appease me. For $69.95 for our 4 meals (2 children's) 2 drinks and a queso I won't be going back....
