Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Lenexa

I went today to get a Club Tuna $8.for a sandwich that was full of lettuce more than anything else and just two slices of tomatos that were not fresh. The tuna was coming put the top of the sandwich of course because there was so much lettuce. The provologne chesse was no even put in a delicate way of single slices. It was more of pieces and rest of broken cheese. I literaly ate the tuna from the sandwich like eating the over spread of ketchup on a hotdog. I happen to remember that in june of 2017 the same happen to me and wheb I ask the guy he said no thats a normal sandwich. This place really dont know how to make a tuna sandwich that grandma or a little brother can do. I asked for a Club Tuba not CLUB LETTUCE. NEVER COMING TO THIS PLACE AGAIN! What was eveb more surprising is one of the guys that prepare the sandwiches which seemed to be the guy running it there (just judging by the assertiveness of hi statement).... "IT NEEDS TO BE DONE QUICK, FAST FAST FAST, THATS THE WAY IS DONE AND ITS WAY BETTER YOU KNOW! MAN SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH YOU. I AM THE ONLY PERSON AT THE STORE AND YOU GOING TO MAKE ME A FAST FAST SANDWICH WHICH TOOK LIKE 4 MINUTES TO MAKE THATS TRUE I HAVE TO ADMIT BUT WITH A SUCH A DISGUSTING WAY WHEB THERE A NO CUSTOMERS IB THE RESTAURANT!! Jimmy Johns is supposedly known for freaky fast delivery. I'm busy at work and as much as I hate having food delivered today was one of those extremely rare days I decided to get delivery (even though this specific location is literally 0.7 miles from my workplace). I ordered my food online at 11:42am. The food was out for delivery 50 minutes after I placed the order (12:32pm). By 1:00pm I called Jimmy Johns about the order, to which they sighed and said, "It'll be there. It's on the way." To which the only thing I knew to do was say, "okay." By this point I'm seriously so hungry and I don't really know what to do and I am getting pressed to have to clock out for my lunch break without my lunch. The food arrived at 1:15pm (1.5 hours after I ordered it). If they were having issues with online orders I have no idea and they should have said so on the phone. At least the food tasted good, but I needed something quick and they did not live up to...

I really couldn’t be more grateful for this Jimmy Johns! I placed an order at the 95th location and I realized my mistake. The girl at the 95th store was so sweet and helped refund my order. I then placed a second order and……it was at the 95th location again! The sweet girl called me back and told me and we fixed it! Obviously now it has been 15 or so minutes and I really needed to pick up the food by 10:45-10:50am but by that time it was not an option to get that time slot. I placed it for 11-11:15 am. I got to the store and they already had a lot of orders stacked up and people in line at the drive thru. I told them my name for the order and explained that the food was for my daughter and her schools lunch was at 11:05. You can tell they may have been short staffed. But the girl and the gentleman with the beard working the line IMMEDIATELY started my order. They had me out the door in 2 minutes! So so thankful! You all...
