Well, from the reviews, it's pretty much said This is the absolute worst customer service in my entire 53 years. It is filthy uncapped, and they hire the most classless, nasty unkind ghetto, people I feel like this place should not even be in Lenore city. They have no idea what customer service is. And how to treat people With kindness and to be tasteful and have some class about their selves and there place of employment, I am a nurse that works at fort. Loudon medical center. I work 16 to 20 hour shifts. All I wanted to do was grab a quick meal. That was hot and fresh that I clearly told them. I don't mind the weight I just want it to be fresh. And hot It was only a $5 meal but it was completely cold. I was so tired I didn't even wanna deal with it. I figured going in person would be enough with my receipt. Nothing, absolutely nothing was touched. So I go and ask for a fresh meal. This time I was too tired to actually call and I figured in person would be best. I talked to the manager at the window and all I wanted was to exchange this cold meal for a hot and fresh meal that I paid for already. He treated me like I wanted to steal food which I clearly don't mind paying. I work hard saving lives and I have. Enough money to buy my whole department food. Like what would I want a steal? A $5 meal for mind, boggling. Totally felt insulted. And I'm like, I could go to any other fast food in Tennessee and would never be treated that way like what is it to you to give me my hot and fresh meal? With my receipt. With no problems asked like, what's so hard about that.. So then I asked for district manager's phone number and I said I wasn't going to move out of the drive through lane until he gave it to me. I wait a couple of minutes and he comes to the door with a sloppy written number that doesn't even make sense. And a name that wasn't even a name. I said so you're giving me the wrong number so I can get out of your lane.Took it and Left, I go ahead and call the number, taking the chance that may be. It was a real number nope clearly was not. I hope they shut down. Lenore. City, Tennessee, does not deserve to have this type of service And Disgusting everything They show no care in their place in their food. In their customer service or themselves And I'm just appalled that we even have a place like this in our city. And I'm not one to judge jobs. Hey, if any job pays the rent that's good for you, but I'm 50 something years old. You work here tells a lot about yourself, and what you can get Especially when you're just so ugly inside, no one else would accept you, but a nasty place like this.!!!! Read moreI ordered & paid via the app, upon arrival proceeded to the pickup window. Waited 10 + minutes while 2 workers talking to each other making sure to avoid turning around to address me. I asked one of the 2 if this place had a manager, and asked if I could speak to the manager, he said yes and while I waited he spoke to a person in the kitchen asking if he can come to the counter at least 3 times, finally a short ill kept male approached the counter? I asked if he was the manager and he said yes. I proceeded by saying I have been here 10-15 minutes and the two counter people tried everything to avoid acknowledging me, and he cut me off by saying yeah things have been hectic? I said fine can you get my order I ordered via the app and gave my name. He got agitated, and asked I go to where the cash register is and proceed from there when I was already clearly standing where the sign said "ORDER PICKUP" I said I was already in line, now I understand why the help is inattentive do to this being a poorly managed store. Can you just cancel the order and refund my money. He said oh no I can't do that get in touch with Burger King or try canceling through the app. Oh my goodness what a "clown as a manager" I did try reaching out to Burger King asking for my money back for a order I never received, apparently they are very busy🥱😏said will get in touch soon. Read moreThis location has to be the WORST Burger King in the entire U.S., and the WORST service and Management of any fast food franchise in the Country. Where is the owner??? For the Franchisee to allow this location to become this run down and allow his employees to cost him his business... Corporate needs to step in and strip this owner of his franchise !!! The young kid with curly hair and glasses was so rude and handed me my ice tea and said "Drink", and then hand me the bag and say "Food", like he was a caveman. Then I look inside the bag and there were no napkins. So when I asked for napkins, he just starred at me for a few seconds and rudely handed me a few napkins and said nothing. So I parked in their parking lot and discovered that they handed me a chicken sandwich, wrapped in a chicken wrapper, with a sticker that read Fish. I tried 3-times to call them, and they never answered their phone. So I went back inside and there were only two customers inside, and I asked for the manager, and the same kid yelled out loud to the Mgr. "You have another wrong order". Good guess....because I never told the kid what my complaint was about. No one in the entire place was older than 21-yrs. old. My guess is that they've received little to no training and have no regard for their customers. With a 3.7 Google reviews... the owner also doesn't care and allows these unprofessional kids to ruin...
