5/6 ordered a pizza and 2 sodas thru door dash. Order came quickly but only had 1 soda. Called store and he said it wasn't his problem. The driver had said that they only gave him 1.
Smart alec store guy said it was drivers responsibility to check order and what did I want him to do? I said bring my $2 soda. He said what does money have to do with it? He again said it wasn't his issue to take care of even tho the food came from his store.
I said must be nice having a job where Accountability for screwing up an order can be passed off on someone else and then he hung up on me.
Customer satisfaction evidently means nothing to this particular employee, He'd rather say It's not his problem instead of taking care of the fact that his store messed up the order for the door dash driver but would rather place the blame on the driver who isn't responsible for filling the order in the 1st place.
Unbelievable pee poor customer service at this store. No southern hospitality here.

At 7:00 we called the store (my husband was hung up on 3 times)to check the status and was told they didnt have any orders from us. However, my credit card was charged 29.67. Yes , I have the proof. Now, I had to drive to this location to try to get my money back which they refused. They asked me to pay for more pizza. I ended up calling corporate offices to try to get my money back. So 2 hours later, no money and no pizza. Grayson the manager never even apologized (well she did after I told her she had never even bothered to) she just wanted more money for them to make the pizza. Now, I have the proof of charges on my credit which she didnt care about. She simply rolled her eyes and acted indignant. As of now, I'm told corporate will refund but that may take 48 hours. Read moreWorst experience ever!! I called and it transfers to a call center then I tell the call center what I want and that I'd like to pick up in an hour. She said she will need to transfer me so she transfers me to the store location in Lenoir City and the guy who answered the phone is so rude and saids I need to call the number back he can't take my order and I explained it was the call center that transferred me to him so he hangs up on me. I call back to be put on hold then told that they cannot make my pizza the way that I'd like (half and half nothing special).
Ridiculous I spent almost 15 minutes trying to order a simple pizza!! No wonder why no one actually orders from this location anymore...their customer service is by far the worst ever!! Find another job if you hate yours so much that you need to be hateful and rude!!
