El Señor Rancho — Restaurant in Lenoir City

I have never complained and have been coming here for years, we absolutely loved this place until today. We will NEVER be back again. The service is crap, our server couldnt understand a damn thing we would say so I made it simple and we both ordered the same thing and nothing went right. We ordered our food, I had to ask for our cheese dip three different times and she brought it cold. My food was delivered but the waitress didn’t bring my husbands food. Just mine. We both sat there and waited and waited until I had to go and ask where it was. He was on lunch from working all day, I just got off work and we wanted to have a nice lunch before he goes back to work. Her only response was “O” she forgot!! So we sat there another 20 mins and waited on his food. Mine was cold by the time he got his and I didn’t want to eat without him so I didn’t even finish it. Everyone who came after us already got their food and ate by the time he got his. We were here over a hour so at this point I’m trying to be respectful but the look I had from trying not to be disrespectful was enough. I go to check out and of course she wanted to be the one who checked us out. I asked who her manager was and she didn’t know. She could have Atleast discounted us or something but charges us full price. $50 bucks on food that wasn’t worth buying. She didn’t even apologize, I will be contacting someone...

Literally the worst dining experience of my life.

We were seated promptly, got our chips and salsa promptly (even though the lady that brought them was eating something as she put them on our table) and that’s where the good points ended. The waitress approached and knew very little English. We asked for a drink menu……NEVER ASK FOR A DRINK MENU!!!! 20+ minutes went by and she finally came back empty handed and asked for our order (Might as well not bother asking for the drink menu again because we didn’t want to wait even longer). We ordered two entrees and she disappeared into the kitchen, then wait number two ensued………..enough time went by for us to have finished two meals apiece…then another man that knew little English shows up asking us if we’re ready for our check!!! Ummm, no we’re ready for our food we said. He didn’t understand until we mimicked eating food…our original waitress finally shows back up and they seem to bicker at each other a bit and she walks off again. Then we asked him if the order had even been turned into the kitchen yet?? He looked confused, then turned and walked back into the kitchen. We were done! Walked back to the front to leave and thankfully we weren’t charged for our chips and we left 50 minutes later still hungry. Very...

This was by far the worst dining experience I have ever witnessed! Our waitress was very rude from the start. They brought me the wrong food and acted annoyed that I said anything. My sister is highly allergic to mushrooms so she asked for her food to have no mushrooms. She ate half of her food and found mushrooms on the bottom of her food. We told the waitress and she just took the food didn’t say anything then comes back and asks if she wants more. My sister is scared at this point to reorder anything because they have been so rude thus far they might do something to her food so she said no but she would like to talk to a manager. The manager said that mushrooms didn’t even come on that meal so why would they put them on a meal they didn’t even come on to begin with. My sister asked to have her meal taken off. The woman got very nasty with her verbally and walked away rolling her eyes. My sister said don’t roll your eyes at me and the woman said “I just did”. Then the woman is screaming across the restaurant trying to have my sister come and fight her outside. This is an employee mind you! I have never seen anything like this in my life! The food was good it is such a shame I will never come here again due...
