Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Lenoir City

Absolutely a sh!t show anymore. Pretty sure everyone in there was high or drunk. Checked in for curbside pickup waited 10 minutes finally went inside to get the order ourselves waited a couple of minutes nobody acknowledged us standing there. Finally a guy comes running out of the store with our order while we’re standing in the store waiting to be acknowledged still. We follow him out. He hands the order off to us. We get in the truck to leave get out of the parking lot checked out order. No surprise it’s wrong go back to the store walk in wait a few more minutes to be acknowledged and finally one guy says “ WHAT DO YOU NEED?” Really. I told him you screwed up my order hand them back the part that’s wrong they run around like chickens with there heads cut off for a few minutes and then bring me the right stuff for the rest of my order. No sorry for the confusion or mixup nothing just toss it on the counter and yell that’s yours. Like I said to start with total sh!t show anymore. Will be going to Pizza Hut or Papa John’s from now on. I suggest you save your time money and frustration and...

It was the worst of all , we order online we give the time because I know how is working in fast foods we arrive there in like 35 minutes after we place our order ! Ones we got there the lady at the front Ask for the name on our order abs said be ready in few minutes so we understand we waited and waited till almost one hour I got to say they have 4 people in the floor But only one working the others just standing around doing anything the one the seems like the manager she was acting like she was super exhausted but to be honest all the time we were there she was doing anything but walk back and forth so we decide to ask for our order and told us our order was the next one and we can see how they keep doing other orders but ours , so we ask for our money back , now we totally understand that there is a shortage nation wide with workers But is always good to be honest and said how long really going to take Because when she took our money All she did was lie and make us wait and wait That’s is not how you run a business But this place...

First, I want to say I have NEVER had an issue with this location. HOWEVER, I ordered our delivery over 2 hours ago and I am highly disappointed in the response from the employee answering the phone(female) tonight 12/01/2021. I always leave a tip for the driver exceeding the 20% limit . She just told me “ I don’t know what to tell you about receiving your notification your pizza being ready 45 minutes ago.” I told the employee I understand I’m not upset . An additional 20 minutes went by and still no pizza ( we live less than 5 minutes away from this location). My husband calls and she says” we are extremely busy and we don’t have drivers , and if you know any drivers send them our way!” I understand businesses are short staffed and don’t have enough employees . HOWEVER, I am VERY disappointed how this was handled. This is uncalled for service . ESPECIALLY, since my husband and I were very understanding of this stores current situation.
