Wingstop — Restaurant in Lenoir City

Honestly,Id boycott this company. This location should be closed to retrain/restaff. Both toilets broken,water in floor in men's bathroom. Lobby is dirty. Floor mats placed on bench and one of 3 tables and its 630pm. So they been this way since open with people standong to wait twice as long.They don't read or do instructions(well done,xtra season, etc.) I ve watched and recorded they dont. When trying to let company know there whole staff is outside while one associates cooks while ten customer lose their mind. When the manager of an establishment is offering free coupons for perfect 5 star reviews with requests to put names of manager/ and or associates....I take a pause. Food/recipes are great at wingstop, you will wait at any wingstop,but this is the king.This location does NOT read instructions or alterations. Associates are rude,quiet, messing around...and don't even call names when orders are ready.It happened to me, and just sat with a woman 20 minutes.Her order was ready on the rack the whole time, and no one even says hello at the door. Tonight was our 2nd time ordering from this location. It was as bad as the 1st time, if not worse. The 1st time we placed our order online and headed to the restaurant for pickup. Once we got there(15 mins later) they hadn't even started our order. 48 minutes later we finally got our food. This time (2nd time) we placed the order online for delivery, when it said 65 to 85 min delivery i called to see if I could change it to pickup since the delivery time was so long. The lady said they didn't even have delivery (ordered from their website, not doordash) when I ask what i do about the delivery fee I was charged she said she didn't know who to contact about that. She had mentioned we were the only order on the board so I said on ill be there in about 15 mins which she then reply they were busy so I would be atleast 45 mins. When I arrived my food was ready l, when I got home I had to throw the food in the microwave because ot felt like it had been in the refrigerator.

I had really high hopes and was excited about a wing place close to home but I think I'll just drive elsewhere. We spent $76 for the 40 wing...

This was chaotic!!! That’s the simplest way to put it. Most places when they first open put on their best show but this place had the worst service and worst atmosphere I’ve seen in a very long time. To start off we walk in and wait to have our order taken. We are told it’s a long wait time which we understood and waited to have order taken. Lady at counter was literally coloring her hand with a marker for about 20 seconds before putting it down and asking if we needed help. Second management and employees seem disengaged from each other. Could hear constant bickering in the back the entire time. People at front counter had negative additudes. As we sat at our seat we could hear as they just talked bad about each putter and complained. And as we waited we watched multiple orders come out for other people that were wrong… and the cherry on top there’s not even a TRASH CAN!!! We had to reach over counter just to throw trash away. This is absolutely abysmal service. Not the kind of service you expect from a grand opening. Very disappointed. I’ll drive 30 mins to Maryville for now on just to...
