Master Donuts of Lenoir City — Restaurant in Lenoir City

This is the most inconsistent store I have ever been to. They need to take down the sign that displays their operating hours because the last 3 times I have tried to get donuts the doors are locked and lights are out while I’m standing at the door reading the “hours of operation” and me being there in the middle of the hours posted and a sign on the door says “Come in, we’re open” except they are not and there also is not sign stating a reason they would be closed.. They are just closed during the hours of operation they have posted and this has been the same thing that has happened the last 3 times I have tried to go.. all in a row... How do you run a business like this? Picture is from a Monday at 11 Am… You know, the same time they have posted for hours of operation. So just save your time, money, and gas and choose a shop that actually opens and follows the hours they have listed or other wise you’ll be sitting in a parking lot with an empty belly, out some time, and a ruined...

Every time we have gone to Masters, we have had an exceptional experience. The quality and freshness of their doughnuts is unlike any place I have ever been. Their hospitality and friendliness is top notch! The first time we went, a woman served us. She split a doughnut in half for my boys to try free of charge, just out of the kindness in her heart. The second time, a man served us. My boys ( 3 & 4 years old) had just been given 5 cents each for picking up their toys. They wanted to "pay for the doughnuts." Once we ordered our dozen, my babies handed the kind man each their money so they could "pay" ,so he filled up half a box with doughnuts holes. Absolutely amazing! I will go out of my way to get doughnuts here...
