Bojangles — Restaurant in Lenoir City

Had reviewed this place 4 years ago and had not since then, until now. Service was just ok, food has been slipping for some time now. I went through the drive thru before work and was in line for 12 minutes. That changes the term of fast food. It would have been different if I was waiting on hot just made steak biscuits I had order but received exactly the opposite. It was luke warm at best and the biscuits themselves were not done enough and the steak seemed old or as if it were made hours before ordered. I have tried several other locations and had just as bad experiences in different ways. Seems to me that someone from the corporate offices need to come see these locations and make some changes or they will just continue to go down hill. I may stop in again at some point but not for awhile. They need to fix some things first. What's real bad is my company buys breakfast there alot, I will suggest...

Just ridiculous! Doesn't even deserve 1 Star..I've been going here for YEARS. I do understand that we have a labor crisis because people just don't want to work but don't jeopardize your franchise with bad employees! I went here a few weeks ago and like always order food and sweet tea, hit the interstate, get a drink of ICE WATER that I payed almost $3.00 for, REALLY? My biscuits fell apart because someone doesn't know how to make a biscuit? I pay extra, A LOT extra for egg today to be added to 2 biscuits and I get THIS, burnt like leather eggs but for the money I was charged I could buy a DOZEN! I was thinking that I could add pictures just to show everyone but I can't because you won't like that lol. Tighten Up Y'all! Ridiculous! I guess I'll go to Burger King or Wendy's from now...

Placed 4 separate orders 3 of them were chicken supreme combos and a salad. Prior to my visit we called the store and inquired on specials they stated one of the specials was the chicken supreme combos for $6.29 upon paying they said it was $6.89 when I brought it too the cashier's attention she got a little argumentative about it and stated they are not a corporate store. So I decided to pay the price for the three combos at $6.89 due to the fact that the line was growing behind me. After I paid I asked to speak to a manager I pulled it up on my phone and showed him what the price was so they had to refund three orders for the price difference which kind of threw them in the jam because they were busy. So as a result of this I am done as a customer...
