On Tuesday, October 31, at about 5:30 PM, I ordered two 12” subs. Then I ordered a wrap with turkey, American cheese, and mayo. The server proceeded to charge me the price of a a 12 inch sub for the wrap I received. The wrap was so small. I had originally thought he was going to charge me for a 6 inch sub. The amount of turkey inside was so small that I knew this was not a meal for a full grown man, so I then ordered an identical wrap. At this point, I figured that he would count it as equivalent to a 12 inch sub, and I had a coupon for three inch subs for $17.99, as he had not yet told me he would be charging me the price of a 12 inch sub for the very small wrap I was receiving. For the second small, identical wrap, because I still was under the impression it was going to be charged at a 6 inch sub price, I gave him a coupon for it, but he charged me, once again, the price of a 12 inch sub. Not only do I think that he was exorbitantly charging me, but amount of turkey and cheese used in the wrap was extremely small. It was even small for a 6 inch sub. This server was extremely hard to understand, but since his insistence that the amount he was charging men was correct, I gave up arguing and just paid the bill. Attached are the photos I took as soon as we opened the wrap at home. FYI, I have taught five star sales and service for many years, and was extremely disappointed in the service, the food received, and the price paid for what I received. I will not be going back to this location! Instead, I will make sure to visit the subway shop that I have always frequented. By the way, keep in mind, that word of mouth advertising can go in your favor or against you, depending on how you treat your customers and the product and service...

Not really even consumable for military personnel standards but if the Zombie Apocalypse or another democrat is voted into the White House you can survive on the product.
