The Fix in Walmart Leominster — Local services in Leominster

I ask this man how much to fix my phone I ask the price. He said I only have to clean for $20 ? Walmart sells the same spray can for $8 I said . He asked me for the phone and did the cleaning and then asked me for $20 I didn't tell him I was going to pay or wanted service. The same bottle of air spray cost $8 !! I said so I thought if he is taking my phone he is going to charge me less or something was the point. I mean I'm all with support for small businesses but this man just scammed me! You can't just ask for my phone and do something I didn't agree with. Don't recommend a place by my experience I just over paid for a service that he himself said I could do myself ! I NEVER AGREED FOR THE SERVICE I TOLD HIM IT WAS CHEAPER HE AGREED AND THEN CONTINUED WITH SERVICE ANYWAY!!! TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME THEN CHARGED ME!!! I NEVER SAID TO GO WITH SERVICE. TOOK HIM 30 SECONDS TO STEAL $20. THE OWNERS RESPOND IS PROOF THAT THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND !!! ITS MORE THAN THE PRICE THE FACT THE HE DID IT WHEN HE WAS JUST SUPPOSED BE LOOKING AT IT! NOT CLEANING IT IN 30 SECONDS AND ASKING ME FOR $20 I NEVER AGREED ON PAYING AND NOT COMPLAINING THE PRICE BUT THE FACT!!! THAT HE TOOK ADVANTAGE WAO $20 DOLLAR AN HOUR IS HARD TO ACHIEVE BUT THEY CHARGE $20 FOR A 30 SECOND JOB EVEN IF YOU COMPLAIN AND ASK QUESTIONS! Few weeks later I had a problem with my Samsung updates and my touch screen stopped working so I called and they were about to close but they said they could help me to not keep me without my phone.
