Tc Landos Sub Pizzeria — Restaurant in Leominster

It’s a shame that my favorite pizza place has such bad customer service lately, placing an order and been given I time to pick up, then arriving and yet your order is not ready! Then when you ask why, one of the owners say to you “if you can’t wait then go somewhere else” 👎🏼👎🏼, this has happened too many times to my daughter, a couple of friends and myself as well which we all have been long time customers that’s why I say WE been. But if a FACE LIFT to the business after probably getting the money from the pandemic funds 🤔 then we rather have the DINGY LOOKING TC with better customer service.. also I have heard a lot of negatives about how they treat their EMPLOYEES 👎🏼👎🏼!! I was not going to review but being that we are to SUPPORT our neighborhood business, then our NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESSES should be kinder, respectful to all of your customers.. we all have BAD days but when you run a business you need to leave your bad attitude at the door.. if this continues with TC I don’t see them having many years to come. Reading the last couple of the negative reviews is why I decided to place my view… Hope you can change...

All the thumbs up for the 1 star reviews and not one thumb up for the 5 stars tells me everything I need to know about this place. I ordered a steak moab with no black beans. When I picked up the order, the lady says Clifford? Hands me the bag and in a snooty/condescending demeanor says, "enjoy." I mean, it couldn't have been more obvious that she did something to my burrito. I almost turned around right there and demanded my money back. But i didn't. I just left and opened my burrito and it was filled with black beans like a locker stuffed with tennis balls. I can just hear the plausible deniability: "I thought you asked for extra black beans." Obviously I didn't eat it because she probably spit in it. My only guess is that it was meant to be some sort of political statement. DON’t GO HERE!!! WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Honestly I would not even give this place 1 star. We ordered a sub, a salad and a slice of pizza. Got all the way back to Shirley and they shorted us the slice of pizza, which was my grandsons dinner. When I called the store the girl who answered kept putting me on hold. After I finally got to tell her the issue, she put me on hold again. Then someone else picked up and said I need to tell her what the issue was. When I said the pizza wasn’t in the bag she said with attitude “well we are very busy and the pizza doesn’t come in a bag, it comes in a box.” I asked to speak to a manager and she said she is the manager. I asked to speak with her boss and she said they are not available and hung up on me. I waited a few minutes and called back and asked to speak to the manager. I was told no, she’s busy and I’m busy.
