C&M Pizza — Restaurant in Leominster

UPDATE: Less then a day after I posted this review, the owner reached out(as you can see below) and extended an offer to try and make up for our not so great experience. To me, this shows that they do care and appreciate their customers a well as their feedback. I am changing my review to reflect this in text but also in stars as that is how I believe this should work. Any place can have a bad day/delivery. I’m hoping that if we try them again, we will have better luck/food! I will update again if we do try C&M again.

We wanted to try a new local place for dinner with delivery so we decided to try C&M. We ordered through there online ordering. We got 2 steak & cheese subs, chicken wings & a small pizza. We were told it would be an hour for delivery. Almost an hour and a half later we called and they said they were in route. Other then the pizza being alright, the subs were soggy and had very little meat in them. I ordered light onions and got about an entire onion on my sub that I proceeded to pick off so I could eat. Ordered food at 6:07pm. Around 7:16pm, we made a call to see where our food was, the woman on the phone claimed it was on the way with the driver having other deliveries in front of ours which is normal. This is still clearly out of their 60 minute estimate on the online website, but we waited until 7:58pm for food to come. Before this, a call was received from the driver at 7:50pm claiming they were at the location... they were about 8 minutes away from us at a different location despite it being on the receipt. Once the food was received (of which another person was in the car with the delivery person), we needed to call back about a missing large pizza which was within 5 minutes of the initial delivery and they claimed to have it at the restaurant and it was okayed to deliver to us because it's only 6 minutes away... We called around 8:40pm as no delivery had been made yet, received attitude about requesting a refund which seemed reasonable given how long we have been waiting for something that should be 'simple' and was denied it. A friend recommended C&M Pizza for good food, warned us that the wait for delivery was longer but we decided we could wait as long as the food was good. We also were only 6 minutes away from the store. After almost an hour I tried calling 3 times before I was answered, I was told the food was on the way. We figured it was just a busy night. After ANOTHER hour the driver called from the wrong destination 8 minutes away. Once we got our food we were missing a whole pizza, the driver already gone. It took me 2 tries to get a hold of someone at the store. When I informed them of the missing order, I was told it was still in the oven almost a whole 2 hours later. I asked for a refund, she asked if it would be okay to still get the pizza delivered. I said okay we have people who didn't get their food. This whole time I've been cordial and patient, I don't know what's going on over there and we've still got hungry people. After 30 more minutes, I call and just ask for a refund. The woman tells me that the driver left with the food and that "That's not my problem". So if your food gets delivered 2 and a half hours later, don't worry, it's not...
