I don't know what happened to this place. It was a great place to go but recently it has fallen on poor service, poor food yet the prices have really gone up. I ordered a Ceasar Salad with grilled chicken, chicken was seasoned heavily with Montreal Chicken seasoning which was ok, the lettuce was sparce and old, not crisp at all, the plate came with Texas Toast but it was thinly sliced white bread that was over buttered. The salad was mostly made up of crutons. The service was crazy slow with the server spending most of her time with the kitchen staff trying to organize orders while ignoring the entire restaurant. It was not busy. I will try it again in a few months. Sorry but this was just disappointing.

Found fly eggs/maggots in the middle of my burger after eating half of it. Absolutely DISTURBED AND DISGUSTED. “Best burgers in town” is a joke. Do not go to this place unless you want contaminated infected food. Mind you I’m 8 months pregnant. I don’t want to know how unsanitary they are handling the rest of the food in the back. The bathrooms were dinghy, dirty, smelled awful, and the sink didn’t drain as I was washing my hands. The chairs were HEAVILY stained and looks like they haven’t throughly cleaned the place in months. This place is absolutely disgusting. I already have the health department on this place.

I stopped by Crossroads Grill and Bar and ordered the Mushroom Swiss Burger, asking for it medium. It came out cooked perfectly-juicy with just the right amount of pink in the middle. The Swiss cheese was melted beautifully over the beef, and the sautĂ©ed mushrooms added the perfect earthy flavor. I went with onion rings on the side, and they were crisp and golden brown, just as good as they looked. The service was friendly and quick, making the whole experience even better. If you’re in the area and craving a well-cooked, flavorful burger with some deliciously crispy sides, this place is definitely worth a stop.

We went on Friday because I’ve always loved their crab jack soup and it’s only served on Fridays. Unfortunately, they ALWAYS run out, so don’t expect to get filled up on it if you get the “all you can eat” soup and salad bar! My husband ordered the fish special and waited an entire hour to get it
I was long done with my soup by then and still hungry wishing there was more. The “all you can eat” fish special he ordered came with only 2 pieces of fish. The fish was mostly greasy burnt batter with a little dried out fish inside. They ran out of baked potatoes for the special, so the waitress offered substitute potato choices. My husband chose the waffle fries option only to find out we were charged extra for them when we got the bill! The room was so cold we had to leave our coats on for the duration of our meal. There wasn’t any background music or TV sound to lend anything to the atmosphere either. Instead, we felt like we were having dinner in a garage, the largest tables in the room were either piled with dirty chafing dishes or objects covered with plastic tarps! There were packages of hamburger buns stored on the floor of one stairway. The main stairway between our table and the salad bar had boxes partially blocking access to the hand railing. This is no place to go if you’re handicapped! Our waitress seemed overwhelmed and I was mostly invisible to her; never asking if I’d like a second drink, for example, though she’d ask my husband! (I did finally manage to get one later). We tipped our waitress well since it seemed clear they were severely understaffed. We normally like to support local businesses, but this was beyond ridiculous. The bill was similar to fine dining establishments rather than a bar & grill, and I left hungry, he left with indigestion. ...

Hesitant to go here anymore after hearing a server being openly ungrateful over a 15% tip and insult the customer after they were gone. A tip is a gratuity not an entitlement, so don't expect every one to be 20% or more. If you manage to earn a tip and it's not enough, maybe try being more attentive and hospitable. Otherwise work somewhere else because you're hurting your business and your wages by being unpleasant. It has not gone unnoticed that the food portions are smaller and the prices went up, significantly. If you want continued business don't complain about your paying customers when you didn't do a stellar job in the first place. It's cheaper to eat at home. People go out to pay for food and good service, and there are lots of other places we can choose to spend our time and money. Wishing Crossroads all the best, but this business is bound for failure if it continues to operate how has been recently. Good manners cost you nothing. Bad manners cost...

We used to like coming here. I am sad to say we did not enjoy our experience. The food quality has plummeted while the prices have skyrocketed. The service was alright in the beginning but when we asked for our change back after paying the $80 bill, the waitress acted surprised. A gratuity was given; it just wasn’t going to be up to her standards, I guess. We ordered our food to take home and sat there drinking beer and playing Keno, which was very enjoyable but again when we ordered additional beers, another waitress acted insulted that we wanted our change back. We spent over $100 for dinner and drinks and walked out feeling kinda ripped off (as my man put it) All 3 orders of food, the meats were far overcooked and hardly edible, the prices have gone up considerably and NOT worth it. Unfortunately, another business gone to pot P.S. We...
