Every time I've tried to go to this McDonald's they either have the doors locked when they are suppose to be opened for Dine in, went over there the other day at 830 and there was a bunch of employees just hanging out in the dining room sitting around with the door locked, so I went through the drive through and no one ever came to take my order. 6 cars behind me and the employees just hanging out inside. Today when I went I placed my order through the mobile app and it told me to go through the drive through, when I got there one of the geniuses they have working there said "we are only taking door dash orders" when I said okay well can I get a refund for my order the employee told me to "go on the app and figure out how to get a refund." Like I know it's Lewisburg TN so the people aren't the smartest in the world but if you can't figure out how to do your food service job you shouldn't have that job. I don't know who owns this franchise but they obviously don't care about their business or their customers. As an actual restaurant manager it is insane to me when business owners employee careless, incompetent employees. Luckily it's McDonalds so I'm not losing out on anything by deciding to never go to this location again. Maybe for simple folks this type of service is acceptable but for anyone with ANY sense this is laughably horrible. All the best, and by all the best mean hopefully this awful location goes out of business, the owner loses their franchise and all the horrible employees lose their jobs.
Also since it asked about "atmosphere" one of the times I went and was sitting in the parking lot I watched an employee hanging out with some dude in his car while the fur was smoking something out of a long glass pipe. Just an FYI didn't look like a weed pipe lol. Y'all really are some...
Read moreNothing is more annoying than driving 10 minutes to town to get something from McDonald’s when you have a craving (tonight it was a frappe, but it’s ALWAYS something with this place), and they tell you they can’t make it AFTER you already placed the order on the app (it showed the frappes as available, or I wouldn’t have made the trip). So I get there, and at the SECOND window, they tell me they can’t make the frappes right now, and that I’ll need to request a refund on the app. So I told them the app doesn’t allow you to request a refund because the product should’ve been marked as unavailable. So they finally gave me a cash refund. But my point is, it’s always something. They can’t do frappes, or they can’t do ice cream, or they don’t have any pies or cookies ready, or they forget your sauce for your nuggets, or they completely forget whole items from your order, so on so forth. I promise, if you don’t check your bag before you pull off, you’ll be turning back around because they forgot SOMETHING. You’d think after all the complaints, they’d get their tihs together, but of course not lol. I never leave reviews like this, but I’m seriously so tired of this McDonald’s. Read moreI asked for my quarter to be made a certain way the cashier rings it up correctly I even saw it on the receipt. Several times I receive my food and is never made the right way. I've worked for McDonald's in Murfreesboro and Nashville for almost all of my 20s and idk why this one doesn't seem to have a printer for their prep table to keep from sandwiches getting mixed up. Anytime I call to talk to the manager they are polite at first but they always shortcut me in conversation not wanting to hear what I have to say. Their reply all the time is "I'm sorry we have new people"....TRAIN THEM... IF YOUR TABLE PREP AREA SEES A SPECIAL REQUEST ON THE SCREEN THEN DON'T TELL ME THAT'S BAD COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE BACK CASH AND THE TABLE. IF THE TABLE PREP SEE SPECIAL REQUEST ON THE SCREEN, THEY SHOULD ASK BACK CASH WHAT'S THE SPECIAL REQUESTS. DUH it's really not that hard. You're not short staffed honey. I have had so many times when I was short-staffed and I ran that restaurant just like any other day... Depends on which manager is there what kind of service I get. Also you need to train your people how to multitask in back cash. Take orders and cash people out is not that hard. Y'all apparently don't care about your drive-thru time/accuracy...
