Amato's — Restaurant in Lewiston

Heads up... DON'T do it! It's NOT worth it. The store is clean, the food is the great, IF YOU GET IT. Ordered online through the Nouria kitchen featuring Amotos. Called when I got home with the food but, they had already closed. Spoke to managers in the store as well as the kitchen only to be told they don't do credits or refunds, and I would have to go through the app to get a refund but there is no access to make such a request through the Nouria kitchen "app". It's not an app. Go in order your food and check everything before you leave. A 10.00 salad and only "Brendan was able to listen long enough to understand to finally accept that it was an order through THEIR system NOT Grub hub or Door Dash. After 10 minutes of hearing, "yeah, we're sorry but there's nothing we can do unless you drive an hour and a half right now to come get it. Then back to, "sorry, can't help you " Just ridiculous. The store cashier was very sweet and helped quickly with great customer service, maybe they should have hired more people like her. Food was good but, not going back to this "app" OR Nouria/Amotos at 1103 Lisbon St Lewiston. Like I have time to spend hours arguing about it or lose over $10.00 for management employees whom are clueless about there jobs, customer service, the value of a dollar, or even there own stores activities and procedures nor did they seem to possess the ability to figure it out without screwing the customer. No compensation for the inconvenience of them forgetting part of our meal or the fact that they are more than an hour from where I live . SMH, some places do not make it easier on their customers. So it's definitely changing, new employees and SO MUCH BETTER FOOD!!! SO I'll say it's given me reason to actually go back to this specific Amatos 🤘🏼 "For my daily Italian" David and a cpl the galz do a GREAT JOB! Always know what I want & how I want it. That's a big deal to me 💯 🤷🏼‍♀️ so I do always tip bcuz they do such a good job! Good Stuff AMATOS 😋🤘🏼🌯🍕🍔🍪🥖

UNREAL, I WANT A NUMBER FOR UPPER MANAGEMENT 💯 I got wood and a rock literally wood and a rock in my fkn sandwich, so gross of anyone to do. Not sure wtf is going on in this establishment but needs fixing! Like fast! I'm so disgusted. I don't recommend anything from here anymore honestly 🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ I'm livid!

I call and order a breakfast pizza with ham and mushrooms Xtra cheese. I stop on mu way to work and the guy says did you order i said ham mushroom breakfast pizza Xtra cheese. He says i made 2 cuse i couldn't remember what you ordered. So I made bacon and a sausage. I said well I ordered ham mushroom and Xtra cheese. He said oh shoot I can .ake you the right one. I said no I'll take the bacon. He said ok I'm sorry. He hands me the pizza. I proceed to check out and the cashier said 10.59 please. I said ya for something I didn't order. She says we can remake it I said no I'm on my way to work I don't have time that's the whole idea of calling in. Fast forward.... I get to work and open my pizza and it's no where right to what I asked for. I'm wondering how you get sausage and onion...
