If I could give zero stars I would. I do not order fast food often because I have some dietary restrictions but have found taco bell to be accommodating when I have. Tonight I ordered two meals. When I reached the drive thru window I immediately told them I had forgotten to mention that I needed all chicken products in the box. I apologized profusely for this mistake. The only person that was halfway forgiving was the poor girl at the window who had to tell the I can only assume to be the managers? About the change. They glared at me through the window. Then a male came to window to inform me "I cannot just stop the line for you" I was confused by his attitude, nonetheless I offered to drive to the back of the line to give them time to complete my order and so as not to delay the people in back of me waiting on their food. I was nothing but polite and as a nurse I completely understand how poorly service workers are treated. So I happily went to the back of the line. Not once did this gentleman instruct me to reput in my order.... He had already taken my debit card and I had received half my order and both drinks. When I pulled up the second time a really rude women told me I should have put my order in again through the drive thru before I pulled up. I, again, apologized but she informed me I would have to repeat the process over again and gave me a terrible attitude about it when I said no thank you I can't wait again 15-20 minutes and she said "Good, bye!" And shut the window on me. I'm not sure I deserved that attitude for an honest mistake but I can assure you that I will NEVER return there again. I WILL be sure to make all my colleagues that work in the area aware of this incident and I WILL tell all my friends about this experience. Whether they choose to visit this establishment is their choice but bad news travels fast. Read moreThis restaurant has gone down hill tremendously since I was a young girl. Going there since 8 abd im 42 now. It's not as clean at all. Especially the kitchen, I had acquaintances work there and complain about how gross the kitchen was. ND now that they know how filthy it is and what goes on they don't even eat at THEIR OWN RESTAURANT SO WHAT WOULD THAT TELL YOU. The service was very very poor. It's just the attitudes from the young girls to me. We went to the taco bell in.the pouring rain. We asked for no cheese. For I'm allergic. Of course what is on the chalupas when we got home and just poorly made, CHEESE. Long story short we went back to exchange. Here I am sinking we're lucky to have the woman in the drive through that served us. However she was dumbfounded and acted like she didn't know who we were. And the boss that came over to ask you like we were some sort of scam artist trying to get free food and look at us and discuss. Until the boyfriend and I put them in their place nice and pleasantly with no cheese and took off for the night. So anybody recommending to go there I would check your food before you leave the drive-thru and head home. And I would also watch only two if they're washing their hands Etc. A lot of them don't. Read moreLong line and had two managers on which was great in theory. One on cash one on window to move lines along which was happening but everyone getting incorrect orders. One guy just ordered a bowl and walked out with my order the guy before me order and two of his order and the young lady expediting the orders gave him the second bowl free cuz he complained he waited 15min for his order. He got there 4 people after me. Lmao.... The two managers watching this poor employee sink and just walk in circles when she realized there was no food to give the 10 hungry customers that been there ..well I was there 25min before I started to loose patience with the young lady. But then managers both look at her and ask where food was and customers chimed in tell the story. Young lady started to cry and this is when we the customers leaned that this was her second day/shift. Hr. 4 or 5 think she said later on as the customers turned on the managers...frankly where it should have been entire time.
