Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lewiston

I used to think it was just because they were short staffed that I didn't always get the best service but now I realize I was just making excuses for the poor attitudes and terrible food preparation. I received a sandwich recently that was made so badly the paper thin slice of English muffin mixed into the cheese and just created a mess inside the bag so I opened it showed it to them and said "could you please remake this for me?" the guy said yes and took the sandwich and was going to remake it but one of the girls said something and then he was like well what's wrong with it. I honestly didn't feel like I needed to explain anything, and I asked if they would pay almost 6 dollars for a breakfast sandwich that looks like that. Eventually they just refunded me the money and I won't be returning. Rarely do I share my opinion. Typically things are great at this Dunkin but this time the food I ordered was not good at all & I can't be the only one that tasted what I did. I ordered just 2 sausage egg and cheese wake up wraps and they smell and taste of burnt rubber/plastic, my fingers still smell of it.

It's evident that the Cambro they were stored in was not properly washed or that the product is expired OR it was placed directly onto the pan sheet that goes in the turbo chef where items are cooked on. (I worked for Dunkin for over two years) The smell alone is enough to make anyone sick.

I would have given less stars but USUALLY things are great here. I hope this issue is resolved so things return back to the consistency that you expect when you order...

I've been there twice for myself. Both times, I ordered a medium HOT MOCHA latte. The first time, I went in, waited nearly an hour for a coffee with hardly any other customers in the store or at the drive thru, just to get my HOT MOCHA latte, barely warm! The second time, I went thru drive thru. I was not told the price of my order before I drove up, and when I did, my hot MOCHA latte, had NO mocha in it, the guy at the window didn't even say hello, he didn't even tell me how much I was being charged or if it was even for the right order.
