Rarely do I share my opinion. Typically things are great at this Dunkin but this time the food I ordered was not good at all & I can't be the only one that tasted what I did. I ordered just 2 sausage egg and cheese wake up wraps and they smell and taste of burnt rubber/plastic, my fingers still smell of it.
It's evident that the Cambro they were stored in was not properly washed or that the product is expired OR it was placed directly onto the pan sheet that goes in the turbo chef where items are cooked on. (I worked for Dunkin for over two years) The smell alone is enough to make anyone sick.
I would have given less stars but USUALLY things are great here. I hope this issue is resolved so things return back to the consistency that you expect when you order...

The first time, I went in, waited nearly an hour for a coffee with hardly any other customers in the store or at the drive thru, just to get my HOT MOCHA latte, barely warm! The second time, I went thru drive thru. I was not told the price of my order before I drove up, and when I did, my hot MOCHA latte, had NO mocha in it, the guy at the window didn't even say hello, he didn't even tell me how much I was being charged or if it was even for the right order.
