This Papa Johns location runs smoothly and delivers exactly what you’d expect — hot, fresh pizza made to order, quick service, and reliable consistency. It’s one of the better chain pizza spots in the Lewiston area, especially when you want something fast that still tastes fresh.

The crust always bakes up well — soft on the inside with a nice golden edge — and their signature garlic sauce remains undefeated. The toppings are generous, and the cheese always melts evenly across the pizza. The pepperoni and extra cheese combo is a go-to for a reason.

The staff here are friendly, efficient, and usually get orders out on time whether you’re picking up or having it delivered. The store is clean, organized, and it’s clear they take care to keep things running professionally.

Was very impressed with not only the quality of the food but the customer service is amazing. The delivery drivers are always friendly and what the main reason why I am updating this review is the manager personally called to let us know they had made a mistake on our order and they fixed it and that they would be a little late. I missed the call but got a text message to. They made the pizza the wrong size, let us keep the mess up and remade the pizza. Justin was who he introduced himself as the manager. An absolutely phenomenal experience. Sam did an amazing job with my order and the customer service in general was absolutely fantastic. I have not had a pizza experience comparable to this since I first tasted the stuff when I was 3 years old. Everything was amazing, the customer service was great, the delivery time was short, and the pizza was still hot. The flavor of the sauce was enough to surpass every pizza place such as Pizza Hut, Dominoes, Southway, you name it.
