Bath & Body Works — Local services in Lewiston

My husband & I always loved B&B Works. It’s the only place we bought Cologne, Lotion, Shower Gel, etc.. However, Christmas 2022, my Husband bought me a gift card, and I tried ordering online. What a nightmare that has been. B&B Works and FEDEX say my packages were delivered January 18th, and I still have not seen them Whenever I have tried contacting B&B Works, there’s no Representative available. When I finally got one, they told me it was the U.K. Both B&B Works and FEDEX told me to look in the bushes and anywhere else outside. I looked outside and don’t have any bushes or trees. Why do I have to look outside in bushes for my order I paid for? So, I never received my packages. So, my Husband’s Christmas Gift was ruined and NO ONE seemed concerned or was helpful whatsoever. There is a gentleman that works at this store that is SO helpful!!! I cannot even explain how much he tried to help me do a return when I had a ton of stuff and the system would not allow me to (oops i did too many returns during the semi annual sale but i get overwhelmed and my sense of smell gets all messed up and i just start grabbing stuff then i hate it when i get home) anyway he tried really really hard to help me and went above and beyond he always remembers me and bath and body works is very lucky to have him working for them! Mariah is an absolute sweetheart and a bombshell beauty too!! I LOVE this store I have a passion for fragrance and a good deal!! The staff have been super patient with me as I am PICKY and if I get something home and don't like it it is going back to the store their return policy is 100% satisfaction guaranteed!!
