GNC — Local services in Lewiston

I bought some peaches and cream Lean Shake online. When I tried it I found I did not like it. I called to see if since you are my local store you might exchange it for strawberry. I was not asking for money back. When I spoke to Billy he was rude and he asked why I bought it online? I told him that all the stores were closed. He told me his never closed. That is bologna. Anyways he said he would exchange it but was not happy about and it was a onetime thing. I told him thank you and that my husband would be coming by since I am an asthmatic and don’t want to go out anymore than I have to. My husband went today and they told him no they will not return it and/or exchange it. Every time I go into GNC the staff are very professional and informative. I had questions regarding a protein powder and incorporating it into a recipe I saw. The gentleman knew exactly what I was talking about and recommended an Ice Cream flavor powder. (YUM!) He was also nice enough to print a ‘how to’ and benefits of using this particular protein powder. If I had any questions he welcomed me back. He encouraged me to continue reading and researching protein powders as an inclusion to recipes. I was also steered towards the peanut butters (OMG) which was in the recipe I planned to make. Absolutely do not like the condescending attitude. I use a vitamin that I know for a fact works for me it's not just the caffeine making me energetic. I don't crash I don't feel icky. When I take them regularly I feel amazing. Well according to him that vitamin Absolutely doesn't work. It's a women's vitamin........so not sure how he knows for certain that I'm wrong about how I feel in MY body when I take them...... I'll just get them elsewhere. At first I thought it was a fluke bad moment but no he's just that guy. Why sell it if it doesn't work. I thought I should add I was very polite both times.
