Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Lewistown

I stop by regularly n never had a problem I stopped today to get a small cone n a small cone not dipped or anything was $2.43 so I asked to make it a medium n was told I could Not do this n I was willing to pay the difference so I tell the young girl I want a # of who owns this place so she gets the supervisor, who did fix my order but again asked for a # of the owner n her response was " I don't know who owns it" I would think if you hold a title supervisor, manager or whatever you should know who you work for!!! This crew that was working was rude n then stood there and laughed because I wanted a # to complain. THIS IS NOT HOW TO CONDUCT BUSINESS!!! And I won't be stopping...

Ok so i got a vanilla milkshake and it took all but 20 to 25 minutes to finally get it to me. To top it off (pun intended) there was no whipped cream on top even though I asked for it. I just accepted that for fear of giving it back and waiting another 20 minutes. It tasted like bland flavorless ice cream with an oh so subtle hint of kinda vanilla flavor. Ya know for a place that specializes in ice cream and frozen treats, their milkshakes along with their ability to get one ready in a semi-time conscious manner kinda sucks. It was a shame because I expected dairy queen to have an excellent milkshake... its dairy queen for heavens sake. Guess...

Tonight the drive through seemed to be having issues with folks and large orders. Wow the two trucks in front of me bought enough for an army. Anyway, I sat behind these two trucks for 20 minutes. I watched people park their car and go in and come out a few times while I sat there waiting to buy a simple cone. They need to take a lesson from every other drive through. If an over sized order comes in the window have them pull off into a parking spot. They work hard but really need to handle the large orders differently. 20 minutes...
