Carousel Skating Rink — Local services in Lewistown

Owners have no respect or urgency for their customers. Paid for a party and they told us it was 2 hours later than what it was. Made everyone sit outside and wait for 2 hours. Unprofessional. No one was there at all doors locked. Why would you not find someone to accommodate even if there was some confusion you should’ve made an effort to make this right and you didn’t.

I don’t recommend and I will not be returning and letting everyone know about this horrible experience.

Get it together or shut her down because clearly your customer service time has expired...

Great little spot, came here with my family that had children of all ages. It was a Thursday which was Christian music night and we loved it! The prices are cheap and the skates are in good conditions. They even hosted a small game where if you won you got a free night of skating.
