Downtown OIP & Grille — Restaurant in Lewistown

My family came to dinner here tonight, and our service was absolutely awful. 1st the server Lorena has a super bad attitude. She was ignorant to the menu and was very rude to my husband over him wanting horseradish with his sandwich which we order everytime we come here. Then I ordered a pizza boat with sauce on the side which is 8.99. She charged me for cheesy bread charged me for the sauce (1.60) then charged me for the pepperoni making my (1.30) making my total cost for what I ordered 12$ for something that should of cost 9$

She came back to the table towards the end and she didn't ask me if a wanted a box she just put the slip on the table and walked away.

This is unacceptable. I am a server my self and I never would treat customers like this. I will not be back it this is how the oip thinks their wait...

The fries were hard as a rock the waitress was rude and was constantly rolling her eyes the cooks handled cash, food and orders without gloves or ever washing their hands. It’s all in the open and you can watch them do this as they cook. I wish I would have just walk out of there as soon as I walked in. I sat in the very front off to the right straight back from the bathroom by the front door. You can see the kitchen and the counter. I watched as several people went from making pizza to cashing people out back to making pizza no stops in between. I’m the one who ordered a Philly with lettuce tomatoes mayo no onion and fries and my husband ordered a ogi burger with two sweet teas today about...

Have ordered their Steak Salad for years... Was always very good.. Our last order, 5/19/23, was the worst I ever had.. Like so many businesses lately, prices are raised, and quantities and quality decline... There were only a couple french fries in it and the steak was cold, cut into chunks, very tough and cold.!! Very disappointed.!! Also ordered Garlic/Parmesan Wings and received Hot Wings instead... Very bad service and quality control... Will add to the list of many local businesses that have lost a customer and lost any recommendation as a place to eat.!! A shame, but it seems to be a sign of the times..! No one fights to keep or gain customers.. Want profits...
