One-Stop Communications — Local services in Lewistown

We received a call this morning from Jack as follow up to our service ticket/inquiry yesterday and to make sure our internet was fully restored. I am amazed at the professionalism and excellent customer service provided by One -Stop ( formerly MC Wireless) employees since we switched from a big internet company about three years ago. Where else do you get such personal service by an internet service provider? I can tell you I know of no other internet service provider which offers that level of service. This is a testament to your business and deserves to be acknowledged. I know earlier this year we kept having issues with streaming TV. My mother just moved to a new place and wanted Dish Network so we called One Stop. We set up a date and time that fit our schedule. On the day of installation, Scott showed up on time and was very professional. He explained what he was going to do and how he would do it. After getting things installed and set up he went over every thing with mom. He wasn't happy until she knew how to get to "HER" shows. Awesome experience with internet from Mifflin County Wireless/One Stop. I had the old highest speed package and it was great and reliable. I forget the gentleman’s name that came out originally last year but great service. And now that they’ve upgraded their equipment, I just changed packages to higher speed and saved some money with it. Win win.
