Store was open so me and my maid of honor decided to stop while we were out and about. I been looking for a dress and nothing has caught my interest. So we were just looking around. It was just me her and 3 employees in the store. Much to my surprise on the clearance rack was the perfect dress! And I had the money on me to buy it. Right as was seen it the one lady said is there something we can help you with. I told her I was just looking but I think I want to try this on. She looked at us and said I'm sorry we are appointment only to try on. I looked around the store and the other two laidies where standing off to the side just watching. I said ok. And walked away from the dress. As we walked through the store the ladies continued to talk amongst themselves. And we quickly confirmed we are the only shoppers in the whole store. At this point I am pretty irritated. I definitely understand needing an appointment to try on multiple dresses or I you have several shoppers your trying to assist. However I was the only customer in the store and their was 3 employees just standing around. As we go to leave the one employees asked would you like to make an appointment to try on the dress on a different day. My wonderful maid of honor jumped in and said no she will not. And then explained to the lady that I was only I was only interested in the one dress which is on sale so if it fit she planned to buy it now. However we all know that dress will not be here on a later date.amd we left. The more I thought about this the mader I get. Why even be open at all if you have 4 employees just standing around talking and refusing to let paying customers try on a single dress! This was a simple dress. It was not a big gown I wouldn't even need help putting it on. I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER IM THE STORE! NEVER will I go back. And the attitude I received the entire time we were their was...

There was no signage on the business door, window or website stating that appointment was required for dress shopping. We looked around and found one dress that my Grandaughter loved and were told that an appointment was needed. She was not allowed try it on because their was a shoe shipment arrival and their inventory took priority. If they allowed her to try on one dress it could lead to 3 or 4. They did not offer a later appointment...This kind of customer service has resulted in a lost sale! So sad for a small business in a small town in this economy! When me and my bridesmaids were looking for dresses, Morgan didn't really come across as friendly though she was helpful.
