Burger King — Restaurant in Lexington

We came in before 10:30 making sure that the location was still open at that time, the hours definitely say open til 12 am, we checked the online prior to making our way over and the hours on the sign outside the building also say that on Sunday this particular location closes at 12, the drive thru sign was still turned on and there were people coming in behind us. After no one one had attended to us, we drove to the window on to be gestured that they were closed, and the girl that was gesturing to us and mouthing that they were closed was clearly on her phone and talking to her co workers knowing that there WE and other people were wanting to order food and spend money for some fast food. Finally when we were spoken to KEKE, was EXTREMELY rude and had a straight up attitude, and proceeded to let us know that they were close because no one came in as though we had something to do with them being short handed, NEVER had I had to deal with such rude customer service even from a fast food restaurant, a simple, "We're sorry we're closed," would have been enough but NO we got a a rude GIRL who let us know that she was in the freezer and couldn't let us know that they were closed or I guess was too busy to let the other workers let customers, who wanted to spend money for products that's provided by burger king, know that they're closed. We will be speaking with someone tomorrow morning to let them know how AWFUL this experience was. Just so it known, it is currently September 15, 10:57 not even a full 30 minutes from when we ATTEMPTED to spend money on...

A visit this Burger King a lot for breakfast. The lady that opens the store in the mornings is just awesome she's friendly she's quick she's accurate she's just great. However later on in the day I don't know what's going on but the manager that answers the phone is a male and I don't know what that deal is but they do things a lot differently than the opening lady does The opening lady should be management not the one that's a manager. The other day I ordered two junior burritos now mind you I order these all the time off the two for three menu They came with a half a piece of sausage this day no hash browns no cheese just a half a piece of sausage and sauce. So when my husband called the store the so-called male manager said that that's the way it comes. So I look it up and he clearly lied Don't let them fool you The two for three junior burritos have the same exact thing on them as the regular junior burritos He actually stated that the lady in the morning made a mistake no she didn't He did however he did say if we come up there he would make it right So if he's going to make it right then why was he saying it wasn't wrong. Horrible HORRIBLE staff at Burger King 4200 Saron Rd Lexington KY that calls the police on customers that paid theirt money and dont get served. I paid through the app My money was taken from credit card I have a successful order number It tells me to drive around and pick up my order via drive thru. I get to window and this inept manage (Xavier is the name he gave, But wouldnt give his last name) Says he does not have it in his system so I get nothing...NOTHING??? I tried showing the app and saying its paid but he wouldnt look at it. He just wanted me to move along and lose my money and forget the food I ordered. Well I need some resolve but 30 seconds into me asking him to see what went wrong He called the police on me! No threats No voices raised Just this so called manager of Burger King wanted to show who is boss So I waited for police to get there and showed them the app order that is for THIS location and immediately they knew it was just a civil situation Although this guy called them about me trespassing. Hmmm I paid for my order I never left my vehicle and I had business there So trespassing did not work for this guys plan. I plan to contact any higher up so this does not happen to anyone else.
