So I moved down the street from this Taco Bell at the beginning of June, I’d say I’ve been there 10+ times since I’ve moved in. The service has been consistently bad. The cashiers have never been taught on how to actually take an order through the drive through. EVERY instance that I go to order I am either rushed, or the same cashier will repeatedly say “is that it” before you can finish a sentence. I thought this was just a cashier problem, but one of these instances I’ve literally seen the manager at the drive through beside the person with a headset so he clearly hears how she (in this instance) talks to customers, and doesn’t care enough to address it. Past that, if you ever order something that isn’t tortilla based, it’s VERY likely to be a broken shell, stale, or just not properly handled at all. I would say the FOH needs a hard retraining because you can’t blame these issues on the BOH.
I’ve been a Taco Bell customer for a long time, and a restaurant GM for a shorter time, I understand what to expect from Taco Bell but this ain’t it. It makes me want to drive an extra 2 miles to avoid this location.
I know these reviews come back to managers eventually, and this review isn’t to be malicious but things need to be fixed because this location is just consistently not good, and as a manager I’d be embarrassed to hear how my employees talked...
Read moreI work in the fast food industry so I can understand a mistake here and or there, but the last 5 times minimum I have not received my order correct and that's rediculas... I always order 1 item (crunch wrap supreme no sour cream no tomato) and it's as if God won't have it right for me, so I'm done with the mess ups and I'll spend my money else ware, because I don't want to be the customer that has to check the order in the drive threw and then send it back everytime.... to only receive dirty looks from the employees as if it was my fault for wanting it how I odered. I was going to go inside and have it corrected this evening but they didn't give me a receipt so I had no verification of my order actually being incorrect. It sucks cause I love the food if only I could get what I ordered.... it's sad because I see my managers at my place of business handle the (occasional mess up) at the very least we correct the order with a smile on our faces.... maybe I'm asking for to much of taco bell or maybe the owners and manager just don't care about getting the correct orders to the consumer as long as they get...
Read moreI often come to Taco Bell but this current visit was quite disappointing, I got a grilled cheese burrito meal and a Mexican pizza last night only ate part of the Mexican pizza saved it for the morning as I was eating it I noticed something a little shiny in the dish that clearly wasn't an edible item I was very upset and quite disappointed this is not okay at all and I had an issue with KFC which is also a yum brand as well and when I tried to report it to the proper individuals I was constantly rerouted like there's some system in place to avoid actual complaints which is pretty ridiculous because your customers make you the money that you have today and when you don't listen or make a way for customers voices to be heard it's quite discouraging I might just have to avoid Yum brands in general I hope somebody reaches out because to be disrespected by people that are supposed to be professional is what's part of the problem in...
