We ordered delivery for the first time today, normally get carryout. Delievery was prompt, our driver was great and nice and personable. But we got the wrong pizza. It's lent, one of the pizzas was not supposed to have meat. No big deal. Mistakes happen. I called and let the store know and they were going to get it taken care of. The only issue is, yall should at least mute the phone or actually place a customer on hold before you decide to talk bad about that customer. I apologized to them for calling on such a busy night with an issue. I apologized when I called a second time to make sure the pizza was getting delivered because the email said that it was set for pick up. The manager, Becky, actually laughed in the background about the fact that it was me calling again and made sarcastic remarks before getting on the phone. Just mute the phone and I wouldn't have known. We order pizza there every Friday. I'm sure they're busy enough that losing our business won't make any kind of difference, but this experience with a manager of all people has lost our business. Thanks Becky. Edit to add: we called and had our order updated, according to the email they sent me, at 6:11pm. It's 7:06pm and the tracker has finally updated to say that it's in the oven. Even if the tracker is wrong it's still been an hour since we called about getting the order fixed and...

(The very unusual "bathroom activity" type and frequency (the next day) is clearly a sign of some (or many) food safety issues this store is deficient and negligent in, either unknowingly or they just don't care. I do have and will eat pizza a very lot. Never experience the same after eating. Somethings off food safety wise, storage, prep or behaviors or any combination thereof)
They have alot wrong in making the right pizzas at this location. They did give me a $25 store credit which I used at Euclid domino's store. Come on guys, portion control should be clearly defined for consistency, your not getting ahead by saving pennies on pinching portions to receive identical bad reviews and lodging dollars therein and on losing customers.
Food safety should be first, foremost and last priorities, for every single person...
Read moreWas in town on weekend trip from Ohio. Went to a concert and stopped to try to get my nephew who was puppy sitting at our hotel something to eat. Says online open until midnight. Got to store... closed... only delivery until midnight. Tried to get employees attention. Knocked on the window and they flagged me away. Stood outside and called in... AI answered the phone đĄ. Asked for delivery...AI said it did not understand what I wanted... could I repeat?. After 3 tries it said it would connect me to a representative. I asked the person on the phone if I could get delivery right outside the store in the parking lot? Said yes but I would be charged a delivery fee!!!!! (can you even believe that?) So while giving her my order an employee stepped out and asked what I was doing. I said trying to get a delivery right out here in the parking lot. He said we can't do that. I said lady on the phone says I can. He said ok go ahead and order with her but don't knock on the window! Really??? The most unbelievable thing about it all is while we waited for our order we were facing the building and in the window directly in front of us was a very large advertisement sticker in the window saying that they have curbside delivery!!!!...
