Just what Lexington needed. The renovation of the old University Cleaners building has been impressive, and the restaurant space completes the transformation. The ambiance at Hardens—dark tones, great music, fun crowd— is sophisticated, local, and welcoming. At wife and I have been 4 times— great for date night, or fun with group a friends. Incredible craft cocktails served by Bill and Jess Harden from the huge (15-seats, I think?) custom bar (the Runnin’ Down a Dream is my favorite) are a highlight. The Bicycle Thief: the campari and grapefruit made it too bitter for my taste.
The restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere and is the perfect place for your next...
