I really love this Mexican cuisine restaurant and the staff is ALWAYS friendly and attentive. However, the last time my fiancé and I were there, there was a really large party celebrating an adult’s birthday and they completely dominated the atmosphere of the entire restaurant without consideration of the other patrons. My fiancé and I don’t go out to eat very often and we wanted to go on a nice date night. The party was so loud that my fiancé and I had to get to-go boxes after our food had been brought to us so we could take our food home to eat because my fiancé and I couldn’t even talk to each other without having to yell. This is the only poor experience I’ve had at this location and it wasn’t at the fault of the restaurant staff. The extremely loud and obnoxious party was the issue (they were literally yelling across the tables at each other, scream-laughing, and there was definitely adult language used at times). I will say that it was also a Friday night, so maybe that was our fault for going out then, but I feel like even the bars would have been less loud! And I was a bartender for 5 years! At least high volume is expected at bars, not so much at small family restaurants. If I’m going to be paying dine-in prices for a dine-in experience, I’d like to actually enjoy it. Please be mindful of your environment, folks. I’m autistic and can read a room...

Stopped in on Memorial Day, it was a disappointment to say the least. The server seemed annoyed that we took a few minutes to figure out what we wanted, and then more annoyed we decided to share a large nacho. The restaurant was empty and our presence seemed to be an annoyance to the waiter.

We thought it was strange we had to order "salsa verde" and there was an extra charge for it, especially since it tasted like it had been uncovered in the fridge for a week. When the nachos came the plate was huge, way more food than one person could eat, but the food was so bad no one should've eaten it. There was one huge chunk of tomato on a bed of wilted lettuce that covered very few chips that were soaked in some kind of watery bean sauce. It looked like diarrhea on the hottest plate i have ever been given in a restaurant.

I see this restaurant has many good reviews, so maybe the kitchen was just having an off day or alcohol makes bad food taste better or maybe the town of Lexington is a captive audience? Either way i will never stop in...

I went here at the suggestion of my son. I was not disappointed. My wife had a very big margarita that she said was wonderful. I had unsweetened iced tea. It was good too. The had salsa and chips before our meal. The wait staff was fast and friendly. The portions are really good sized My son had a burrito that was huge. I had shrimp and was surprised that it was like 16 shrimp on a bed of rice with advacotto and lettuce. On the table was red and green sauce I tried the green it was very hot. Everyone had great things to say about their meals. They have a big menu selection and a children's menu . Our 7 year old ate his chimmicamga good and some of my shrimp lol. I highly recommend this place and look forward...

Nice place. Good decor. Decent food, normally the street tacos🌮 are in corn tortillas, but these are in flour. So they are bigger, which is a plus. However, I do love the traditional corn tortillas for street tacos!! They also didn’t have el pastor tacos. So I got carne Asada instead. 🥩Good price though. The rice is amazing. Tasted great otherwise and the staff was super super friendly! 👍

Mexican food is my favorite. So I eat out frequently. The food here is excellent!! The sauces have deep flavors. Refried beans and rice had lots of spices. My only complaint is the meat in tacos and enchiladas had a little too much soy filler. Service was pleasant and warm.

Guillermo (William) the owner, personally assured that our meal and drinks were perfect. The loco burrito, street tacos, and chicken tenders kids meal were excellent. Calm and relaxed, siesta-like, atmosphere. Peaceful…satisfying.
