UPDATE 9/13/24 I've been a long time customer for 5 years. Today that came to an end due to horrible customer service. I ordered pizza and Chicken Parm with penne. I was ordering the chicken parm to test out because I am looking for a place to order for my mom's birthday celebration (50+ people). When I got it, it had no cheese on it. I figured they were just busy and forgot it. I called them and got a rude woman on the phone who was arguing with me that I needed to note that I wanted cheese. IT'S CHICKEN PARMESAN. It's supposed to have cheese on it. Instead of simply just fixing it for a long time customer or offering it again on my next order, she went back and forth. I hung up as it wasn't worth my energy. The menu should probably be updated to say CHICKEN CUTLET with sauce and penne 😅.

LOVE their 16 inch pizza, the cheese to sauce ratio changes when you order anything larger, so stick to the 16 inch one & it won't disappoint! I tried the larger ones at first and wasn't impressed (they were dry). One day I decided to get a 16 inch cheese with traditional sauce (not the sweet one) & the taste was completely different 😋. Their onion rings are by far the best I've ever had anywhere in the universe 🤤🤣. They are my new favorite "go to"...

Incredibly polite and relatively quick service. I used to work in a restaurant, so I know the rage that is induced when a customer walks in with 5 minutes left before closing. All in all, I walk in, concerned about how late it was, and ask what time they close. The staff informs me they close in 10 minutes. I make a b-line for the door because I'm not looking to piss anyone off.

That being said, the staff was adamant about me getting food before I left. They encouraged me that they would rather see me get food and they leave a little later. This is service at it's finest. Seriously, no one gets paid enough to dirty the grill for 1 customer and risk having to clean a table and lobby floor twice. But these guys did it.

Maybe I was genuinely beyond hungry, but the buffalo chicken tender hot sub was amazing as well. A small was more than enough, and a quick sub of ranch for blue cheese and my night was set.

The sub by itself was about $9, comparable to surrounding shops in Lexington.

I'll definitely be stopping through to explore the rest of the menu some time soon. This time at least 30 minutes...

SO disappointed!! I decided to give them a try when my go to place was closed for vacation tonight. BIG mistake!! I work hard for my money, and to waste it here was very upsetting. They have "famous roast beef", so they say. I ordered a "super beef", which was supposed to be lots of beef on a buttered roll. THIS was a little beef, on a boring sub roll. I also ordered a pastrami on a roll, which was a little amount of pastrami, on a boring cold sub roll. I also ordered a chicken parm with extra cheese sub. THIS was a sub roll with chunks of chicken and no cheese to be seen with the human eye. I am beyond upset about this dinner and the fact that everyone is still hungry after spending over 60.00. Live and learn, I guess. I will NEVER try here again. I am so upset. Look at the photos to see for yourself!
