This location is terrible, and the employees are in desperate need of training, and customer service skills, they lack empathy, compassion, problem solving skills! I placed an order through the mobile app, got there and they again were having trouble with the mobile app, last excuse was an update, no excuse this time, the employee said they didn’t have any mobile orders, that she didn’t understand me, but she repeated what I said, and answered, suggested that I place a new order with her, I said no thank you, tried to contact Mcdonald’s about being charged for an order that I didn’t get, and that was forwarded to the owner, a female manager contacted me, offered to refund and replace the order, went to Mcdonald’s the next morning as planned, and that was a big mess, the employees were so rude, and confused, and the female manager on duty at aprox 8:30am was so unapproachable & confused, I explained what I could, and she responded with what was wrong you just didn’t like the food, I said no ma’am, I didn’t get food that I paid for, she responded with we don’t refund mobile orders, called the district manager, had the nerve to ask me to come back a third time, needless to say I didn’t get a refund, and I will not be back...
Read moreWe went to this location last night and the man who took my order in the drive-thru got aggravated with me because I asked for a "regular" fry instead of a medium. I asked him why he was so upset and if he were having a bad day and he handed the headset to someone else, magically the shake machine was working after another employee took over my order. 🤣 After I got home I discovered they forgot my chocolate shake for my daughter so I called and the manager, (Sarah) said I could come pick it up tomorrow and my name would be in the book. Sooo we go back this evening bc my daughter had been waiting all day to go get that shake, of course my name wasn't in the book, I paid for another medium and only received a small. The "manager" on duty name was "KT Thomas" and couldn't even give me the store number. (I googled it anyways) will not be going back there. 4.16.24 It must be the management. New employees, no experience, can't form a sentence and wants to argue. Perhaps it's the owner who doesn't value a good manager who would supervise and provide training to the employees. Lexington deserves better. No one seeks out the Pimlico McDonald's for the quality or service. Location/Convenience is the ONLY reason to use this McDonald's.

Slowest drive through in Lexington. Horrible customer reviews! Managers are unable to call the owner when problems arise.
