Worst experience I have ever had. Extremely glad this employee doesn't work at my Starbucks. Rudest customer service I have ever had. A bad day doesn't excuse this. I said nothing and simply waited outside for my son to come out with our drinks. We were the only customers. Stopped at Applebee's tonight 40 minute wait so we walked across the street to Starbucks to grab a coffee for my 15 year old and me. We had been traveling to see my stepchildren and grandchildren. We have made this trip several times in this past year of co-vid. This is the first time stopping here on the way to Norris lake from Ohio. The young girl that worked there this evening was very nice. Then a younger gentleman came out. I asked him if he knew where a Radisson or Holiday Inn was. I didn't hear his answer at first but when I politely said excuse me I didn't hear you he said extremely extremely rudely "NO I Don't and put your mask up!" K so you know have been traveling through Ohio, Kentucky and Tennessee 1 or 2 times a month since Covid and every place is different about masks. I never ever give bad reviews but he was that rudest. Holiday inn was a block over didn't realize it was behind the carwash on the next corner. Nice of him to tell a traveler that. K you are mad my mask isn't up got that no reason to act like that. He could have asked nicely in the name of customer service but nope RUDE ENOUGH FOR ME TO WRITE THIS WHY IS HE WORKING AT STARBUCKS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would have fired him if I was a manager and heard that it...
Read moreRarely do I get my order right here anymore. Mainly College kids work here and I don't think they care what they do and make the drinks however they want. I get tired of asking for them to make it correct how I ordered, so I stay away from things I know they can't make well. The hardest thing for most Starbucks employees anywhere I've been, even out of state - is light ice. They'll fill up the entire cup full of ice if you ask for it sometimes. Very rarely is it actually "light". Why? Because no one really looks at the details of how the customer wants it made, just the type of drink and size. Like I've told customer service, I don't think they care how they make it and you have to continue asking them multiple times each visit to make it how you ordered. It would be easier if they had a ice scoop (maybe they do) specifically for how much ice is put in. More ice means less drink to me, and it bothers me because the drinks are costly. If it were a regular restaurant soda drink I wouldn't mind how much ice is in it. It's always been a problem for Starbucks and it will not go away, as a customer for...
Read moreThis is my absolute favorite Starbucks to go to. This one opened up not too long ago. I recommend this one over all the rest. Yes it’s closer to me so I’m a little partial to it. I’m the type of person that will drive anywhere for a good cup of coffee. Every single person that works there treats you with kindness, also very respectful. I want to personally call out a girl name Ariel. Basically I drive up to the window, she hears my voice and the first sentence of my order, she already has it all on the screen for me. Now that’s knowing your customers and taking care of them, she’s an absolute sweetheart also. I definitely give this place five stars. They are doing everything to prevent Covid from spreading, and they take great care of their customers while doing it.
Thank you Ariel for being such a great barista! I’m sure I’ll see you...
