Ordered 2 footlongs, chips, and a vitamin water directly from the store website. Subway notified me DoorDash would handle the delivery. When my order arrived, they only had 2 sandwiches and said the store never told them I also got chips and a drink. I called Subway and spoke to a female manager who told me this location has been having issues with drivers stealing items during delivery and said she did a count and confirmed the driver took my items. I was told I needed to call DoorDash to get a refund which was a 30min call with 3 transfers before they said the refund has to come from Subway because I ordered through them. Called the store back and requested to speak with the female manager but the gentleman ignored my request asking what the problem was. I explained the situation and was told I could just come in and pick the items up. I said that is not possible because I am working and paid for delivery and just wanted a refund. He told me I could come in the following morning and talk to the manager about a refund. I said no I have to work and they can just reverse it on the card I used. He paused and asked what time I could come in. I told him to keep the money and that I will not do business at this location again. All of this hassle for a few dollars isnt worth it for me, but if your business has issues with Dashers stealing items then maybe dont use that service for your business because it is costing you money. It sucks because I order out almost every day and enjoy Subway, but now I will need to go to a different location if I want my sandwich fix. Read moreYou know how you eat somewhere and you think to yourself, “I won’t be shocked if I get food poisoning from this”? That was my experience with the Subway at Saron Drive, Lexington, KY today. I planned to eat in store but there wasn’t a clean table in the restaurant. The lemonade/tea dispensers were completely empty but had a dried brown color staining the plastic. There were no lids, no straws, and no napkins. The soda was 100% flat. The employees were not friendly and nearly every meat and veggie dispenser was empty. They also were not busy. I was 1 of 2 customers at the time. I was telling a coworker about this and he had eaten at this location last night and had the EXACT same experience yesterday. On the flip side, my sandwich was delicious. The bread was soft and the minimal meat that I had tasted good. Just wanted to bring this to your attention. I do not need coupons/free stuff. My wife ordered the outlaw sub and my father ordered the ultimate BMT Italian. We receive two of the outlaw sub. I did not get what I ordered so I took the sandwich back and explain it to the person who actually made it and I told him you made two of the same sandwiches and not the one I ordered and he became a little pissy about it and I assured him, well if you claim you made the correct sandwiches then why am I here as I explain to him I’m not here to get a free sandwich or anything of that nature I’m here because you did it incorrectly And I paid for it with that being said I want you to fix my all-American club which he did, but he wasn’t happy about it but I don’t care you messed up I didn’t.
