Taco Bell — Restaurant in Lexington

Literally the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever seen. I go here often because it’s close and the last 5-6 times my order has been totally wrong. I’ve tried to report it in the app and have tried to call back each time and haven’t been able to. Tonight a manager apparently answered and accused me of lying about lettuce being in my food and tomatoes all over it and I literally have pictures of it. She also said she made the order which I don’t see how that’s possible because you were at the window telling the employees in the back my order has been wrong the last 4 or 5 times I’ve been here. 12$ 5 times adds up. I’ve thrown away my food I’ve got here the last few times because it was messed up so bad and one time I took it back through TWICE and simply said NO LETTUCE and it’s caked on there. It’s starting to feel like they do stuff on purpose to irritate people. I’ve worked fast food for years and the customers always right. Why the heck would I lie about lettuce being in my food. Y’all’s night shift here...

Poor customer service to be generous. I ordered at the kiosk and waited at the counter unserved or even acknowledged for nearly 15 minutes; until we were eventually noticed by one of the cooks who then informed one of at least 6 employees in the kitchen; who to our disbelief continued to ignore the now growing line of customers at the register. The male cook eventually came to a register and accepted our payment. He attempted to provide us with our drinks while we waited but unfortunately did not know the different flavor of frozen drinks and we were not served what we had ordered forcing us again to the unattended line at the register. It is very clear and off-putting to your customer to be so aware that there is NOONE running...

Normally I love this Taco Bell and the staff that works here, But... This time when I bought my breakfast there were some different cooks. The problem came when I opened my bacon breakfast burrito and I noticed that it did not taste as good as normal and seemed a little strange. So I opened my burrito up and there was something inside that SHOULD NOT have been in there. It was a greenish blue color and in my opinion, it looked like it could have been a piece of dirty sponge for cleaning so of course that ruined my appetite completely. Not only that but my second burrito had a big thick piece of hair inside..... This really made me upset because like I said in the beginning, This was my favorite...
