Taco John's — Restaurant in Lexington

As I'm sitting here right now, we are wondering why at 8pm they have their salsa bar taken apart already. You have to ask for salsa. And then instead of bringing it to you, they just yell "hey" and point to your salsa sitting on the counter. Then we go to get our drinks and their ice machine on their soda fountain is empty, and they tell you it's been empty since lunch. Then when I asked if they had ice tea, I was told that they are out, and aren't planning on making anymore. This has been a horrible experience. I can go early say that the $50 we spent on dinner, will never be spent here again. I don't know who is in charge of this place, but they need to make some serious changes. I'm beyond disappointed. If I could I would give it no stars. They messed up our order then REFUSED to fix it, when they said that they misunderstood what we were wanting. We had to wait 30 minutes in the drive through when there was no one else in the store, then when we asked for our order to be fixed the manager refused to do anything about it. Our food was cold and discussing. Worst experience I have ever had. Do not go here, they have lost my business...

I'm biased just because I've always been a Taco John's enjoyer, but for me, Texan sized portions and good taste for a low price puts TJ's towards the top of what I look for from fast food.
