The girl who took my order had no idea what she was doing. I ordered a five finger plate, and she fumbled around with the register, then asked if I only wanted five fingers. When I repeated my order, she had to call over another crew member to help her. She was flustered when I paid with cash instead of a card, and practically threw my change at me. I went to get my drink, and the orange flavor syrup sprayed all over my leg. The counter where the napkins and cup lids were was wet from previously spilled drinks, so I did them a favor and wiped up the mess. When my order was ready, I took it and left. When I opened the box about five minutes later, there were only four fingers. Fortunately I was only charged for four, but once again, the girl couldn't figure out how to take my order. They questioned me and made me give my bag of food back when I said that they shorted me two orders of cheese bites. I just spent $40 there, why would I lie about something that would be $6.... when they realized that they did in fact short me, they gave my bag of food back and told me to pull up in a parking spot as they had to make the two orders. Im already not happy so I asked to speak with the manager. To "make me happy" she offered 10% off of the cheese bites. So, not even a dollar. Its not the point of trying to get something for free because I told her forget it, ill pay for it full price and just never come back, its the point of customer satisfaction. Have always had good experience at the Redding Rd location but last night two employees were more interested in calling each other silly names and smacking at each other (playing around) than taking care of customers in a timely manner. One apparently gave a drive thru customer a wrong order and they argued over who’s fault it was while my order was sitting on the counter top getting cold. The manager thought they gave my order to drive thru and apologized to me. Almost immediately one of the two grabbed my food, bagged it and handed it to me. it was all a little uncomfortable. When I got home the lid hadn’t been closed on one order and the food had spilled out into the bag. Had they not been horsing around, the box probably would have been closed correctly.
