This place is fantastic! The food served is delicious and they use fresh high quality ingredients. I first had Ozzie's when I went to party that was catered by them over the summer. The Italian Roast Beast sandwich was a standout, tender, juicy and delicious, quite simply the best Italian Roast beef sandwich I had ever eaten. The sub sandwiches were also great. I was told Ozzie's will work with customers to create wonderful food that does not appear on the traditional menu. I immediately thought of them to cater Christmas dinner. I had used Mario's in Addison in the past and was pleased, but wanted to try Ozzie's. Mario's was good, but Ozzie's was outstanding!!! I spoke with both Ralph and Marian and both were pleasant. Ralph discussed creating a menu and we settled on Lasagna, Italian Sausage with peppers and onions, Caprese salad, Garden Salad, Baked Mostaccioli and Cannoli. Ralph went out of his way to create the perfect menu for me. He did an outstanding job. The Lasagna was outstanding as was the Caprese Salad, both in my opinion need to be added to the menu. I am confident other customers would love the product he produced as much as my family. The garden salad was fresh and beautifully presented, so often a garden salad is iceberg lettuce and a tomatoes wedge, not this salad! My son also could not stop eating the Cannoli. Ralph made sure every detail was attended to and he treated me like family. I would love to see such wonderful food and customer service rewarded with new customers. I can guarantee you I will be a repeat customer. I highly...
Read moreI've been shopping here for about 14 years but I won't be going back there ever again.👎 On Sept 3rd I ordered a hotdog from there and when it was ready a young lady called my number to pick it up and pay for it. After I paid I decided I wanted a bag of chips so I got a bag then got back in line. Now it's a guy at the counter and he rings me up for the chips and asked me what was that in my hand. I told him a hotdog I bought before I got out of line. He then yells at me saying I didn't pay for nothing and pay for it. So I kept telling him I paid for with some lady behind there and he keeps screaming NO YOU DIDN'T now pay for it, you're holding up my line. I'm not pulling the race card on them but mind you, I was the only black person in the store so imaging how humiliated was. He snatched my food out of my hand as if I stole it. I was being very patient with this guy and didn't want to get myself in trouble. After he screams at me for about 2 or 3 minutes the young Lady came from behind the counter and said "yes he paid me for that." He then tried to apologize but I was so mad and humiliated that I just walked off because the worst of me was about to come out and he nor I would've wanted that 👊👊👊. Oh did I mention you have to pay for your food before the pass it to you from behind the counter? 👀 Guess he didn't think about that or maybe he thought I climbed over that 5' high counter and stole it. Lol Anyway I have nothing bad to say about their food other than the submarine bread is hard as hell 😹😹😹....
Read moreI had just left your store in Crestwood completely baffled. I had eaten there when this first opened up and had received a coupon for a buy one get one free any sandwich any size (no expiration date). Tonight, the young man at the register asked for my order. I tolded him my order for the two sandwiches. An older man, (72 year old from what the young man told me ) came to the register and then began to inform me that they can't accept this coupon because of the fact there was no expiration date on it. I informed them that is way they will accept it. Because it was not, in fact, expired. He then started to switch his story about the new punch card coupon they had that would give a free car wash. I said this coupon is not that coupon. He raised his voice and began to yell briefly, before the young man tried to diffuse the situation by telling him to get in the back. When I asked for a manager, the young man informed me he/she was in. I proceeded to ask Ricky rocket's employees what this coupon would mean to them, along with the customer at their register. Both agreed it is a buy one get one free sandwich. The old man then came out from the back and towards us to argue some more. I then decided it wasn't worth my aggravation and told them I wouldn't want someone mad making or spitting in my food. I suggest you inform your employees how to properly engage a customer as well as inform them how to accept valid coupons. Never eat at this place unless you want to...
